Our story

My passion for healthy, home baked food goes way back to my childhood. Growing up in Glendalough, Co. Wicklow, my family had a Tearooms, Guesthouse and Antique shop.

Everything we served was home baked by my mother in her Stanley range. She started at dawn every morning, filling the range with logs and turf to make delicious soda breads, scones, cakes, biscuits, jams and her famous homemade lemonade. The most wonderful aroma regularly wafted through every nook and cranny in the house. To this day, the smell of freshly baked food evokes happy memories of the Tea Rooms.

Like Mum, my hobby has now turned into my business. I’m so happy to make luxury, gluten free food affordable, so that everyone can enjoy it with their friends and family.

Serving suggestions

Our toasted mueslis are delicious served with milk, yoghurt or sprinkled on porridge. For a divine Bircher muesli soak overnight in apple juice, stir in Greek yoghurt before serving.

We are a verified member of the Origin Green sustainability programme since July 2015. Origin Green is the only sustainability programme in the world that operates on a national scale, uniting government, the private sector and food producers through Bord Bia. As a small company we strive to be as sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible throughout all parts of our business.

We must all act together to tackle major environmental issues and we are taking several steps to play our part.
