1. TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE: The Tournament Committee shall comprise of Golf WA staff. In the absence of the full committee, individual members may at any time give a decision, and any decision shall be deemed the decision of the full Tournament Committee. The Tournament Committee shall have the sole management and control of the Tournament, with full power at any time to alter or vary any of the conditions.

2. RULES: The rules of golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Golf WA local rules and such local rules as are in force on the course over which the tournament is being played will apply. If a dispute arises on any point, it shall be decided by the Tournament Committee whose decision shall be final.

3. PROTESTS: The Tournament Committee’s decision on matters affecting the Tournament shall be final. Protests must be made in writing and submitted to the Tournament Committee within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the days play.

4. Draw: A copy of the draw for rounds one and two will be posted on the Golf WA website www.golfwa.org.au on Friday, July 8 The draw for the third round will be seeded and made available on Thursday, 14 July 2016 after 6.00 pm.

5. ENTRIES: Entries close 5.00 pm, Tuesday 5 July 2016. The Tournament Committee reserves the right in special circumstances to accept late entries after July 5. Fees must be paid at the time of entry. Any entrant may withdraw and have his / her entrance fee refunded provided notification is received prior to publication of the draw. The Tournament Committee has the right to refuse the entry of any person for the event without being required to give areas on for doing so.

6. REGISTRATION: All players whose entries have been accepted must register with the Tournament Office at Margaret River Golf Club at least 30 minutes prior to the tee-off time on Wednesday 13 July 2016.

7. PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT: All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf Western Australia Code of Conduct. A copy of the code is available at www.golfwa.org.au

8. TROPHIES: Gross Scores - Trophies will be awarded to age division winners and runners-up, separate trophies for boys and girls. Nett trophies will also be given including daily prizes. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter age divisions depending on the number of entrants in any particular division.

9. TIES: In the event of a tie for the gross winner for the overall boys and girls champion a play-off will occur as decided by the Tournament Committee, until a winner is determined. All other ties will be decided utilising the Australian countback system.

10. Dress Regulations: At all times it is expected that participants and chaperones will observe dress regulations which at all clubs are: Neat Attire (no jeans in clubhouse), shoes to be worn in clubhouse at all times (NO SPRIGS OR SOCKS ONLY AT ANY TIME).

11. DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES:.For all play in this competition a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance measuring device. For specific information on the conformity of devices refer to Appendix IV of the Rules of Golf.

12. CADDIES: The Golf WA Junior Caddy Policy is in place for this event.

Programme: Wednesday 13 July: First Round at Margaret River Golf Club, PM.

Thursday 14 July: Second Round at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, PM.

Friday 15 July: Third Round at Busselton Golf Club, 8am shotgun.
