LocationThe Exhibit Hall will be located in the Commodore Foyer at Loews. This space provides prime exhibiting locations surrounding the general sessions, Opening Reception and conference breaks. Table displays at our breakfasts and networking lunch will be placed with consideration of prime visibility for the sponsoring companies.

Table Spaces

• Display space is limited to the assigned table• Only tabletop displays are permitted; no hard-wall booths or fl oor signs are allowed• Tabletop displays must not exceed 4 feet in height• Exhibitors are responsible for their own storage needs and trash removal• White linens will be provided if needed

When to ShipDelivery to Loews should be scheduled from March 1-7, 2017. Shipments that arrive outside of this timeframe risk not being held for the conference. Be sure to number your package(s) and have your tracking number handy on-site.
