What did we learn this week?

Reading: We have been doing an author study on Dr. Seuss. We made a web about him and his books. Our sight words this week were down and not. We reviewed long vowels.

Math: We began learning about measuring. We are learning how to measure.

Discovery: We have been reading Dr. Seuss books and doing fun activities with each of his books. We made Oobleck and tried green eggs.

Things to work on: ~Writing sentences

~Sounding out words ~Reading sight words

~Identifying and writing teen numbers ~Adding and subtracting

Discovery: Zoo
