The Auction for Education is only 3 weeks away!
Our school and Regan Hall will be transformed into the Kentucky Derby as we raise
money for the more than 1,300 students who receive their faith-based education in our
parish and school!
There are a lot of exciting things happening and many ways for you to be involved. We
look forward to having you be a part of the fun!
Tickets:
Tickets for all events can be purchased after Mass and online. Come with your spouse, a
friend, or arrange a table of parents from your student’s class. The Auction for Education is a fun night and a great way to get to
know other parents!
$20,000 CASH Raffle:
Only 400 tickets are sold for the CASH Raffle. When it is sold out, it has raised $20,000! The other $20,000 is given out in CASH
prizes. With the grand prize being $10,000! Purchase one yourself, or go in with friends and family. If you are able to sell a pack
of tickets, please contact Russ Schaefer. Tickets are sold after all Masses and in the Parish and School Office. You can find out
more online.
Volunteer:
Volunteers are needed for both the Breakfast Auction and Auction Night. We need help now as we get ready for the Auctions,
and also at the event. Please sign up.
Tuition Raffle:
The Auction for Education Tuition Raffle has returned! Two prizes will be given away: one year tuition at SVDP for the 2015-2016
school year and $275 lunch credit for the 2015-2016 school year. 4 tickets were sent home with each family THIS WEEK. Tickets
are $20 each. We are asking that each family sell at least 1 ticket. Terry Derksen will have additional tickets if needed. Please
return all sold and unsold tickets to the school office by Friday, April 10. Each grade will be racing for the most tickets sold - the
winning grade gets a pizza party!
T-Shirt Sales:
Our annual Auction for Education t-shirts are now on sale! Students are able to wear the t-shirts every Monday until the
Auction for Education on April 18! To purchase a t-shirt, complete this form and turn it into the office.
Donations:
We need donations for our silent and live auction. Do you have something you would like to donate? Maybe tickets to a game or
event, electronics, a service? Or maybe a $10 - $20 bottle of wine for our famous wine wall? Or you can simply take something
off of the horse in the School Office and donate that item. We appreciate anything you can give. If you know someone we should
contact for a donation, please let Rob Silas know.

interesting facts and stories, and shared them with families, students and staff.

8th grade students from SVDP recently spent three days at Wolfridge in northern Minnesota. They returned with stories and
memories of the adventures they shared. God bless & thank you to Sue White and Kelly Hayes for spearheading this opportunity
