ARTISTS TO WATCHWhat makes our Gallery special

We are all so sad at the loss of a valued and loved mountain resident: LITTLE BEAR

Our own Nancy Anderson was her devoted caregiver.We had just featured this recent photo in our newsletter.

Little Bear, our Wildhaven Animal Ambassador passed away peacefully on February 16, 2019 at 5:45 pm.

She was guided compassionately to this path by Dr. Patrick Rains and herbear keeper, Nancy Anderson. She was a sweet soul throughout her life.

"RENEWAL"

In part bears can be so dangerous, they force you to pay attention.

The awe of being in their presence strips away the chaos of thoughts anddistractions that normally dominate your consciousness.

They focus your attention on the moment.They flood your blood with adrenaline and endorphins.

They introduce you to terror, awe, amazement, and ecstasy.They connect you to the deepest pulses of life.

This is their gift.The power to take your life of renew it;

to recreate who you are,if only for a moment, and perhaps for a lifetime.
