In 1947, during the chaotic aftermath of World War II,
American college girl Charlie St. Clair is pregnant,
unmarried, and on the verge of being thrown out
of her very proper family. She's also nursing a
desperate hope that her beloved cousin Rose, who
disappeared in Nazi-occupied France during the war,
might still be alive. So when Charlie's parents banish her to Europe to have
her "little problem" taken care of, Charlie breaks free and heads to
London, determined to find out what happened to the cousin she loves
like a sister. 1915. A year into the Great War, Eve Gardiner desperately
wants to join the fight against the Germans and unexpectedly gets her
chance when she's recruited to work as a spy. Sent into enemy-occupied
France, she's trained by the mesmerizing Lili, the "Queen of Spies", who
manages a vast network of secret agents right under the enemy's nose.
Thirty years later, haunted by the betrayal that ultimately tore apart the
Alice Network, Eve spends her days drunk and secluded in her crumbling
London house. Until a young American barges in uttering a name Eve
hasn't heard in decades, and launches them both on a mission to find the
truth ... no matter where it leads.

Beautiful Spring Days are right around the corner; consider spending
some of those warm days helping out with Meal on Wheels. Nancy is
always looking for back- up drivers but now specifically needs delivery
riders. It is always preferable to send two volunteers to deliver the meals
as some days several days of meals are delivered at one time. If you are
able to help, please see Nancy Walton for more information.

As this crazy ice/snow/rain winter season still has some punch to it, it behooves
us all to remember our parking etiquette. Do Not Park on any grassy area
around the building. As of the writing of this article we have had 2 cars towed at
their owner's expense because they have gotten stuck in the mud. On Tuesdays
during Tax Season (through April 10) we will have higher than normal attendance
at the Center and stress patience and proper planning on your part. The parking
lot at the rear of the building is available to our members and guests. If you are
unable to walk the required distance please pull to the front doors and let the
front desk know. We will find someone to park your car in a properly,
designated, marked parking spot. Remember, we share these driveways with
the School District and there will be busses and new drivers sharing the right of
ways. Be on your best driving behavior.
Looking for Card PlayersAnyone interested in playing cards, any type of card game, please sign up with
Nancy at the front desk. If we get enough folks we would like to add a Card

Participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic
goals to increase activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors,
and exercise to increase strength and balance. Class size is limited and
registration is required. This class is free. Registration is in the lobby.
Classes will be taught by certified Health Ambassadors and APPRISE Counselors

and Population Health at the University of Pittsburgh, along with the CDC
Prevention Research Center, this health promotion program provides many no-
cost and low-cost preventative services to promote successful aging. Each of
the “10 Keys” is an important step in preventing disease and improving quality of
life. They include lowering blood pressure, stopping smoking, participating in
cancer screenings, getting immunizations, regulating blood glucose, lowering
cholesterol, being physically active, maintaining healthy bones, joints and
muscles, socialization and combating depression. A resource manual will be
provided. The free workshops will be held on Wednesdays for five weeks

Playing activity onto the schedule.
