“This team of Building Maintenance Plumbers in Facilities Management have consistently gone above and beyond their duties in addressing the large amount of restroom back-ups that occurred around campus. [Their] dedication to their trade has greatly impressed their management, co-workers and the customers they serve. They instituted their own rotation of arriving to work early to pro-actively inspect the most problematic restrooms on campus in order to find discrepancies

compliance information and instructions all in an effort to ensure the safety of thousands of minors attending summer programs. A recent audit conducted resulted in positive commendations and findings all due to Cerise’s efforts.”

To achieve excellence, you must be competent in your job and perform at a level that will make people say

“Wow!”
