Featuring some of the biggest names in the industry, the discussion will cover how to approach the client interview process, interpret a client’s wants and needs, decide when it’s appropriate to send an associate to a meeting, and the best way to present your final design vision. Once the job is complete, there are still factors to consider, such as how to handle the big reveal and what home-maintenance services should be offered.
