Foragoodadhesiontotheglassplateit’snecassarytoapplyaadhesionlayer.BuilderprovideswoodworkersgluewiththeBuilderPremiumline.Dilutethewoodgluehalfwithwaterandapplythiswiththepaintroller.Usingagluestickisalsoanoption.

Bed levelingThePremiumBuildersareequippedwithaheatedbed.Theheatedbedensuresagoodadhesionbetweenobjectandglassplate.Besidestheheatedbedsignificantlyreduceswarpingoftheobject.
Levelingtheprintbedisextremelyimportantforagoodqualityprint.Aftertransportationyoumightwanttolevelyourglassplatetoensureyourobjectstickwelltotheglassplate.Usethefollowingthesestepstocheckthis.
CAUTION!There is a potential risk of burns, as the heated bed can reach a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.

Colormixing Tool:
• Activatethecolormixapplicationwiththereceivedactivationcode(startswithBP)
• UploadtheGcodefileyouwanttocolorize.Clickbrowsetoupload.

Feeder wheels Afteralotofprinting,thefilamentmaterialfeedingwheelcancontainsmallplasticparts.Forcleaning,useatoothbrushorcompressed air.

The first layer does not stick to the print bedThisproblemiswellknowninthe3Dprintingworld.Thecolorsubstancesaddedtothefilamentmayinfluencethemeltingpointofthefilament.Tooptimizetheadhesionoffirstlayermakesurethat:• Thespacebetweenthenozzleandprintbedisnotcorrect.Thisshouldbe0.2–0.3mm.• Cleantheprintbed,replacetheadehesionlayeruseWoodglueorPritt• Increasethe”firstlayerthickness”forabetteradhesion.• Placea“skirt”aroundtheobject.Theskirtisalinedrawnaroundtheobjectatthefirst
