TES mini Instruction Manual

TES Mini main goal is semiautomatic control

of tube expanding process. The torque values

generated within TES Mini are measured at

the tube expander, and are continuously sam-

pled via a 12-bit micro processor sampling.

We designed the krais Tes-Mini system from

the ground with unmatched quality & accura-

cy. The TES Mini is furnished in a lightweight,

durable, aluminium housing. All controls are

designed for ease of use, the system is con-

trolled by an 8-bit micro processor with 2kB of

Dynamic RAM memory and 32 kB of Program

Memory. High quality plugs made by Harting

assure trouble free connections. To give our

customers the greatest flexibility when choos-

ing a TES-Mini System, we offer the following

voltages: 110V, 230V. The single phase mo-

tors can run up to 2070 Watts.
