Foreword

QQ is a popular IM tool in china. It is convenient to communicate with people through it.

First download the QQ English software from http://www.imqq.com

Click “Download”.

Install the software.

Choose the language, next.

Sign up for a new QQ id.

Fill in information and confirm.

A activation mail will be sent to your mail box.

Click the link for confirmation

You will get a new QQ id

Run the QQ program.

Input the QQ id and password, and then sign in.

After sign in, click it to edit your profile.

Edit your profile, OK.

Click “Search Contacts”

Choose “Groups”, search our group 78679513, it is our support group

Click our group, join

Enter your message so that we know who you are

If accept, you may ask for a support

If you want to talk with somebody alone, right click his icon and send message.

You may add him to your contact list.

Then you may ask a remote assistance if you need some help.
