AIR CLEANERS Our robust air cleaners ensure clean air to protect the engine and make a considerable contribution to the efficiency of the drive. The filtration performance of our air cleaners is also impressively high when dirt loads are extreme. In addition, the metal housing provides reassuring protection against fire.

CYCLONE PRE-SEPARATORSCyclone pre-separators are used to protect the downstream components, when the dirt levels are very high. In this process, our cyclone technology achieves a particu larly high separation efficiency. Our models meet the fire protection requirements according to the EN 45545 standard.

OIL FILTERSMANN+HUMMEL oil filters are equipped with modern media to ensure the oil quality and as well as smooth operation of the engine. A high dirt holding capacity and superior filtration performance lead to long service intervals and a high level of reliability.

CENTRIFUGESCentrifuges are used to maintain the condi-tion of the lubricating oil in the bypass flow and reliably separate contaminants. They efficiently contribute to the protection of the engine and extend the service life of the oil. CRANKCASE VENTILATIONOur highly efficient and robust oil separators offer perfect protection for the turbo-charger and the engine components fitted downstream. TRANSMISSION OIL FILTERS MANN+HUMMEL transmission oil filters ensure highest oil purity and perfect protection against the wear of sensitive transmission components. VENTILATION FILTERS, OIL SEPARATORSThe highly efficient oil separation of two-way ventilation air cleaners reliably pre-vents dirt and water from penetrating the system when the transmission oil level fluctuates. This also prevents oil vapor from entering the environment. The MANN+HUMMEL two-way ventilation air cleaners with high performance media made from non-woven fabric were specifically developed for transmission applications.

They fulfill the requirements of the filter classes G4 to M5 according to the EN 779 standard, as well as the fire protection requirements according to the EN 45545 standard and therefore meet safety and hygiene requirements.
