TILTING FORK CARRIAGE: equipped with forks that meetthe FEM classication (ISO2328), it suits all palletized loadhandling tasks. Options: load backrest, fork extension, sideshift carriage etc.

FLOATING FORK CARRIAGE: designed for workingon uneven ground, its integrated backrest guaranteesthe stability of the load.

SKIPS: ideal for bulk handling (sand, gravel, rubble etc.),various versions are available to suit your applications.

A wide range of accessoriesThe MRT-X Easy can be easily and quicklyequipped with essential lifting accessories:winch, jib. The MRT-X Easy quickly becomes thecontrol tower for your jobs. It allowsyou to optimizethe organization ofmaterial distribution and allyour building tasks (mounting of timber frames,assembly of pre-fabricated products etc.).

JIBS: with hooks, short or swivelling, you are sureto nd the jib to meet your requirementsfor lifting, positioning or placing loads.

WINCH: provides additional exibility in cranemode, the single winch is positioned on a support fortransporting and storing it on your sites.

STANDARD PLATFORM: available in 365 kg or 1000 kgversions. Swivelling and extendable.

ROOFERS PLATFORM: patented by Manitou, allows you towork on roofs in total safety thanks to its opening front doors.

AERIAL JIB PLATFORM: with an extra telescopicrotating arm, it allows you to reach working heights of upto 27 m, or to work below wheel level (for working underbridges for example).

SPECIAL PLATFORM: 3D platform or raised platformfor working inside buildings.

The MRT-X Easy is easily equipped with platformsor swing arms, allowing working heights of up to20 m (4-metre, 1000 kg platform) or 27 m (Aerial Jib2 swinging platform). You can multiply the applicationsin total condence: lifting of personnel for buildingand renovation work, industrial maintenance, bridgemaintenance (3D negative swinging access platform)

and infrastructure tasks.

Intuitive handling

The MRT-X Easy is simple to driveand control. Easily installed, youmanipulate your load with precisionthanks to the two electro-proportional joysticks tted tothe seats armrests. Using the righthand lever you simultaneouslycontrol two movements: raisingof the boom and tilting of theforks. With the lef t hand lever, you

have simultaneous control overthree movements: extensionof the telescope, slewing ofthe turret and control of theaccessory. You can of coursecombine the movements of thetwo joysticks.

Cabergonomics

Make work efcient andenjoyable. The MRT-X Easyssecure control position offers you aspacious, comfortable cab: wideaccess door, seat with adjustablesuspension, clear comprehensivedashboard, ergonomic intuitivecontrols. The MRT-X Easy alsogives you an excellent viewof the accessory and of your

environment: cab in raisedposition, off-centre dashboard,front, rear and roof window wipers.

Turret slewspeed limiter

Manoeuvre around your sites in totalsafety. The MRT-XEasys left joystickis equipped with two potentiometersthat independently control theturrets left/right slewing speed.By perfectly controlling the slewingspeed, you can place loads moreprecisely and increase productivityon congested sites without sacricingsafety.

stbztoNew generation stabilizersThe MRT-X Easy has MANITOU-designed stabilizers guaranteeing perfectstabilization, irrespective of the terrain. With their ample bearing surface (4 x 4 m),they adapt to all terrains to provide maximum stability.

Stabilization is controlled by measuring the pressure exerted by the pads on theground. The machine is thus levelled in total safety, even on steep slopes.

Quick to position

The stabilizers are quick and easy to position. At asingle touch, you can deploy them simultaneously orindividually.

Automatic levelling(option)

Once the pads are touching the ground, with a singlebutton, you can automatically level the machine in thehorizontal position. You save time, irrespective of theterrain.

Compact stabilizers

When the stabilizers are retracted in the travel position,they remain within the machines working envelope. Onsite however, you can move around without fully retractingthe pads.

Benet from a comprehensively proven transmission.The MRT-X Easy has steering axles that are speciallydesigned for off-road applications, providing excellentmotive power and unparalleled tractive force. Thesteering cylinders positioned on the top are naturallyprotected from shock. Moreover, the steering axles areequipped with epicyclic gears, thus multiplying the torqueon the wheels whilst reducing the internal stresses.

High loading capacity

360 Load Chart!The MRT-X Easy lifts the same load, irrespectiveof the position of the turret, allowing your workto progress more rapidly.

Reliable, safe braking

Whatever the load, brake with precision. TheMRT-X Easy is equipped with self-adjustingoil-bath multi-disc brakes, located insidethe drive unit. The maximum braking capacityis always spread between all 4 brakes.A negative action hydraulic parking

brake also stops the machine under allcircumstances. The entire braking systemrequiresminimal maintenance. It is perfectlyprotected inside the drive units.

Load state monitoringsystem

Eliminate all risk of overloading!

The MRT-X Easy is equipped with a Load StateMonitoring System (CEC system), similar in everyrespect to that used on mobile cranes. It continuallyanalyzes the position and state of the load and themachines workingconguration, andcomparesall thedata with loading diagrams contained in its memory.When it reaches its capacity limit, itautomaticallycutsthe aggravating movements. The system eliminatesthe risk of overloading the machine. It ensures thesafety of the driver and other site personnel.

Display your machinesoperating parameters at anytime!

TheMRT-X Easykeeps youpermanently informedofthe state of the machine: identication of themachines operating modes (stabilized, frontal ontyre, rotation etc.), identication of equipment,alphanumeric LCD working data display andhydraulic movement speed selection.

Auto-diagnosis

The MRT-X Easys load state monitoringsystem has its own special auto-diagnosisprogramme. It allows you to check on thescreen the state of all the componentsconnected to the load monitoring system.

In the event of an erroneous reading, thisdevice switches to safe state and preventsall movements in order to facilitate thediagnosis. The suspect sensor is displayedon the screen in order to minimize themachines immobilization time.
