About MSDS

MSDS facilitates skills training forgainful employment for our youths.

The Skill Development Programmes are targeted at both boys and girls (12th Pass).

Training for employment and not employability.

Role of MSDS100% course fee borne by MSDS.Lodging and Boarding expenses are to be borne

by Trainees.100% placement to all successful trainees in

reputed firms, hotels and business establishments with a starting monthly remuneration of Rs. 8000/-.

Skills Training conducted by Knowledge Partners of MSDS. These are ISO Certified Institutions.

MOUs signed with Institutions after inspecting premises for Training Infrastructure, Faculty, Hostel & Food as also safety of Trainees.

Process of empanelment of Knowledge Partners strict and selective.

Knowledge Partners Selection Process

Open Advertisements floated inviting applications from reputed Institutes for conducting Skills Trainings.

After carefull scrutiny of Applications received, MSDS signs MOU with selected Institutes.

MSDS floats Advertisements inviting applications from prospective Trainees.

Trainees are selected jointly with Knowledge Partners based on Aptitude, Interview, Orientation of students & parents, Undertaking by parents, Registration for the course and capacity to bear travel, boarding & lodging charges.

Training are of six months to 12 months duration and outside the State.

On successful completion, Certificates are awrded. Knowledge Partner has commitment to provide100%

placements with a minimum of starting monthly salary of Rs. 8000 /-
