Publishing books still remains one of the biggest hurdles that many writers encounter in their careers. This presentation by The Centre for The Book attempts to suggest solutions to the problem of finding publishing opportunities for writers.

THE NATIONAL BOOK WEEK:
National Book Week is an annual premier platform through which government, the book sector and civil society establish a dynamic partnership for the promotion of the culture of reading and writing. The objective is to engender wider audiences for the South African literature and enhance the development of a dynamic book sector that recognises equitable development of all South African languages.
