At the end of each year on-line feedback is collected from the students by the Director.After the analysis of the feedback, the Feedback report (for the course and faculties)and suggestions (if any) are given by the Director to the respective faculty members &accordingly faculty members are advised to implement the suggestions forimprovement. The feedbacks for the courses (subjects) are taken into consideration formodification and improvement of subject matter for existing syllabus for respectiveyears.

Whenever an employee wishes to put forth any claim, or seeks redress of any grievanceor of any wrong done to him he must put forward his case through proper channel andshall not forward advance copies of his application to any higher authority, unless thelower authority has rejected the claim, or refused relief or the disposal of the matter isdelayed.No employee shall be signatory to any joint representation addressed to the authorities

for redress of any grievance or of any other matter.An employee shall, regarding imposition of penalties for breach of any of these rules,and regarding preference of appeals against any action taken against him be governedby the rules made in this behalf from time to time by the Gujarat TechnologicalUniversity or as per the provision of the Gujarat Affiliated Colleges Services Tribunal Act1982 so far as the employees of Maliba pharmacy College are concerned.As far as redressal of student's grievance is concerned it is also followed through properchannel. The aggrieved student may first put forth their grievance in written, addressedto Head of the Institutions which is usually forwarded through Head of the Department.First it is handled at class counselor level thereafter it is forwarded to HOI. In jointmeeting with the concerned student, class counselor and HOI it is tried to redressal andminutes to this effect is also prepared for record.

Hostel & Other Facilities in Hostel:Annexure – III, IV & V

The present Campus and all the future Campuses are eventually have to be residential

Campuses. Hence, Education Campus-GVN has established facilities for Boys and Girls Hostel.

Girls Hostel: The Kelavani Mandal has constructed a Girls’

Hostel –at the Bardoli campus to accommodate 100 girls,

looking at special needs to provide security and safety to the

girl students.

The Hostel rooms are

planned as a suite with

separate reading and sleeping areas.

Three more block of Girls Hostel is being plan at GVN. It will

have the facilities to accommodate 300 more Girl students in

near future.

Boys Hostel

Kelavani Mandal has own Boys-hostel with intake

capacity of 240. Three more additional hostels are

planned for 800 students in three years.

The present hostel has four, three, two and one seated

rooms with all modern amenities to give comfort to the

students

The following is fee charged annually from the students

Three Seater Rs.8,500/-

Two Seater Rs.9,000/-

One Seater Rs.10,000/-

Dining hall for 200 capacities has been provided adjoining the Hostel building.
