on institutional Governance / the inception of the institution and any opinion of students are

Faculty Performance addressed by the counselors / teacher in consultation with

HOD‟s and Principal.

2) Performance appraisal of the staff by the students is conducted

regularly after the closure of classes at the end of first month at

the end of term compulsorily.

3) The performance appraisal is valued and is made known to each

staff with the forms given to them so that the staff can improve

and excel in their profession by the valuable feedback.
