company with a modern approach to project management and the adoption of up- to-date building concepts.

quality projects.
Manazel started business activities in the construction and building market in the Hijra year 1422 (2001
Gregorian year) to keep abreast of the large expansion in the construction and building industry, specially the
housing sector that has witnessed record demand in the recent years due to population increase. Since it was
incorporated, Manazel has been keen to be distinct market leader by providing services that conforms to the
highest quality standards and utilizes the latest building systems. In striving for quality and distinction, Manazel
has achieved rapid growth by working to establish modern organizational and developmental procedures and
employing the most qualified and competent workforce.

n addition to our building and construction work, we provide electro-mechanical maintenance and interior design services for all completed projects. These are provided under turnkey or separate contracts but, as with all our work, fully conform to international standards and specifications. Particular attention is given to quality, timely delivery, compliance with the customer’s wishes and keeping abreast of the laws and regulations related to the construction sector in the Kingdom.
Short Time Achievement
Within a short time of incorporation, Manazel has been able to complete a number of housing,
commercial and governmental projects as well as establish a solid set of principles to guide our future
business direction. Among the most important of our achievements to date are:
Completion of the first complex of the Prince Salman Charitable Housing Project at Sulthanah area in Riyadh, comprising 122 housing units and a commercial center. The project was completed and handed over within a remarkable short period due to Manazel’s spectacular project management approach which has found favor with senior government officials.

• Construction of hard capping and landscaping for the Al-Qas’r Project in Riyadh in accordance with the
highest standards.

Headed by qualified General Manager, the factory employs 3 Mechanical Engineers,3 Architectural Engineers , a Marketing Section, and 80 experienced technicians. We manufacture and deliver quality products to the complete satisfaction of our clients and conforming to engineering specifications.
