The popcorn gets soft when you chew it. Friends will be excited to try the popcorn with you from ahuge movie bucket! It would be served in schools,movies, dessert restaurants, and The GreatestShow on Earth! The smell will be delicioso!

When Daddy Taught Me to Make Eggsby Ariana Johnson

One day I asked my daddy to teach me how to make eggs. He said

we need to get a pan out, and put it on the stove. Daddy told me to turn

on the stove to the mark in between 3 and 4.

Then we got the Pam and sprayed the pan with it.

Daddy told me to go the refrigerator and get three

eggs; then we cracked them open and put them in the

pan. We cooked the eggs until the yolks were firm andsunny side up.

When daddy was trying to be fancy, he tried to flip the eggs over

and they flew out of the pan and landed on the stove. Mommy, Bubba,

and I all laughed at daddy for making the egg fly out of the pan and onto

the stove.

me to learn how to catch a baseball. My dad, my sister, and I went out to

baseball. Every weekend he takes me to

the backyard to practice. Im best at

popflys and second best at grounders.

On the first day of practice in the

backyard, I kept on catching balls in my

palm. When my dad threw a high pop-fly

over the trampoline, I caught it in my

palm! Just yesterday, he threw a line-drive at me, and it hit my chest

my dad!

chili and I like chicken. Chicken is meat most of you

know. So instead of chili meat how about

Missing My Momby Leigh Adams

One day my mom and I and my

friends went to the zoo. We first went

to the jaguars exhibit, then we went to

the giraffe exhibit, thats when the

trouble starts. When it was the

afternoon we started to walk up the bridge to where the

giraffes were. We were finally here! So I look at all the

giraffes and then I looked for my mom. But I didnt find her,

so I went to the bench and started to cry.

I was very sad, but then I saw three girls. But I knew

they wouldnt help me. But what do you know, they

stopped and said whats wrong and I told them that I was

lost and dont know where my mom is. So they helped me

find my mom but instead of the three girls finding my

mommy my mom found us, and my mom thanked them.

If I invented my own popcorn my flavor would be cotton candy with

chocolate chip sprinkles because theyre both so delicious.

I would choose cotton candy because pink is my favorite

color and cotton candy is sweet and fluffy. I like

chocolate chip sprinkles because they remind me of

chocolate chip cookies. I pick these flavors because I

could put it together and make a new flavor and it would

be so good.

The story was when I went to my friends house and I rode their scooterand that when I didnt know how to ride a scooter, Ijust wanted to try and I leaned all the way back

my brother. He asked the next door neighbor

for the poor. I would sell it to the teachers, friends,

vice principals, and principals. There would be a

combo pack too and it would have candy and

a drink. Sprite or Coke is the choice.

Then I would give all the money to

my school Enterprise Learning Academy.

Every time I give them a lot of money they

would get more money. Then get some more

playgrounds. Thats why I think grape

popcorn is good for Enterprise Learning

Academy.

If I invented chocolate covered popcorn

I would put the popcorn in first and put the

chocolate on the popcorn and put it in the

microwave to melt the chocolate. I can smell

the Hershey melting and the popcorn

cooking. YUM! I should invent chocolate

covered popcorn because it sounds fantastic. It would taste

sweet and salty. You should try my chocolate covered popcorn

when I invent it!

CHOCOLATE POPCORN

Everybody wants popcorn all the time except for me. It is because

I got tired of eating butter popcorn. Monday: butter popcorn, Tuesday:

butter popcorn. Too much butter popcorn. I just want a different

popcorn. I think and think suddenly a great idea comes to me. I can make

a new popcorn but how? I think some more.

Aha! I shout, Chocolate popcorn! Then,I rush to the kitchen to take out some

chocolate chips from a bag and melt them.

Then I make popcorn, put it in the chocolate

and I had chocolate popcorn. I had made

something everybody loves.

Hot Chocolate PopcornDear Mr. Popcorn Man,

I would like to discuss how my idea of hot chocolate flavored popcorn would be very delicious and

how my idea should be looked over for the invent your flavor popcorn day on January 22.

There are so many other flavors of popcorn that it can be hard to think

outside the box. There is regular, extra butter, caramel, and cheese. I like theother flavors, but I get so thirsty when I am eating them. I believe it would be

a great idea to be able to be able to eat your popcorn and feel like you

are drinking hot chocolate at the same time. It would help our

environment by making less garbage for a drink and popcorn

container, less water being used to wash dishes, and it wouldn't

cost as much money when you go to movies.

For the invention, all you would need to do is pop regular

popcorn and instead of pouring butter on it, you pour chocolate and

sprinkle some coco powder on it. You could even put it some of those little

marshmallows in it.

I hope you would consider my idea. I know I would buy lots of the hot

chocolate flavored popcorn when me and my and my mom are at the store. It

would be a different flavor than the ones that are already out. Thank you for

Green Peppermint PopcornIf I were able to make my own popcorn it would be green peppermint popcorn. Peppermint

gum is one of my favorite things to chew on because it makes your breath smells better, and

green is also my favorite color.

The green peppermint popcorn would also make your breath smell better, but thepeppermint popcorn would be more effective than a regular piece of gum. Green peppermint

popcorn is made by just rolling 2 pieces of green peppermint gum together or you can cut the

pieces of gum and then roll it together (but it

would take longer). The ingredient card would

look like this.

Ingredients

1-5 packs of green peppermint gum

A knife

First, open the pack of gum. Then, unwrap the

gum and cut it up every 1 or 2 inches if possible.Finally, roll it up into a ball and serve it to friends

or family If you try to do this I hope you enjoy it!

Bubble Gum Popcorn

If I could invent my own flavor of

popcorn it would be bubble gum because I

really like it. When a baby gets bubble gum

they make a big mess, but if it's in popcorn

form it doesn't make such a mess. Also, my

grandpa won't let me chew gum in the house,

but he will let me eat popcorn.

I would take one bag of Jiffy Popcorn and

cook it in the microwave. When its done I would melt

caramel and chocolate chips and pour it over the

During the summer I got my tonsils taken out. I

was scared. I wished it never happened. After surgery, I

had to miss 2 full weeks of summer camp.

I really appreciated my Mom, Nan, and Pop

Have you ever needed help? Well I have. I really really

appreciated it.

Well it all started in third grade. I was kinda failing reading. Like it

was a OMG! (oh my gosh) situation. It was really depressing.

How we solved that depressing problem is that my great 3rd grade teacher Mrs.

Goodwin, she decided to tutor me and these other two girls, Caroline and Jocylyn. After all

of that, my grades started to go up so I stopped being tutored.

Well I really appreciated that because it brought my grades up from a C to a B. So all

of those things that I told you about are the whole story of why I appreciated it.

A Guide to Being a Best Friendby Angel Albritton

When you meet a friend and you want them to always be your friend, you couldappreciate what they do be there and dont be afraid to tell them something.

First of all, appreciate what they do. When I say that, I mean thank them, and ifyou cant, show them. After they do something nice, do something nice back. Becausewhen you do, it shows them how good of a person you are.

Second of all, be there for them. When youre there for them it builds you up asfriends in a better relationship. If you want that to last always, show them that you can bethere for them and you really care for them.

Last but not least, dont be afraid to tell the truth. If you always tell them the truththey will trust you. They will tell you everything that has happened. It is very important tobe honest because the more honest you are the more friends you will have.

The day I lost my dog I was terrified. Wesearched all over but you would never guess where heactually was. Well, heres how it all went down

It was about 1:00p.m. when I woke up andstarted to eat my breakfast. I gobbled it down, grabbedmy dogs leash and went outside. I looked around tryingto spot him but I couldnt. I dropped the leash and went over to Cindys house right away.

I told her Hurry up. Come on. Help I lost my dog! She scurried out the door and webegan to look around. For the past hour we had about three other people to help also. Welooked in the bushes and behind the houses. Sooner or later, we were still looking. At onepoint we almost decided to give up.

But Cindy insisted, let's check the main road. She said, but first we need a parent.So I talked my mom into coming with us. When we arrived, I saw my dog, on the sidewalk

barking. I picked him up and I was so glad he was here. We walked the kids home and wentinside.

That day I realized that Cindy was right! You should never give up. I reallyappreciated it. She is honestly the best!The M agical Clover!

Do you know why St. Patricks Day is made for every one to wear the color green? The best

thing about St. Patricks Day is you get to pinch people! Im going to tell you about a time that I got a

magical four leaf clover!

Today was St. Patricks Day, and I FORGOT that it was the day THAT ID GET PINCHED,

and I walked to school wearing lavender! I mean really, lavender. So I got to class and every one

started pinching me.

But then, all of a sudden the loud voice of Mrs. Brown came over the intercom

and said, Catilyn Boalch to the lobby, please!

My mind was full of great thoughts, thinking I won something like a fifty dollar

bill! So I walked extremely fast to the front office, being very careful not to sprint.

Yes maam, I answered politely.Someone is waiting for you outside; they said they got you a special gift.

So I immediately walked outside to the strange car. The dim black tinted windows rolled down

making a squeaky sound. Sssqqquuueeeaaakkk! The window squealed.

OMG!!! I shouted at the top of my lungs. Its a Leprechaun with a glowing golden glamorous

bag! The leprechaun got out of his mini car (smart car) and dang he was the smallest thing on Gods

green earth. He secretly pulled something out of the bag. It was a necklace! The charm on the end

looked like a flower or something and I didnt realize what it was until I took a step toward the short

dude. It was a small four leaf clover! I was surprised when he handed me the necklace and then

drove off so fast I didnt even see him pull out of the parking lot. Well, I thought, no one will be able to

pinch me now. Mrs. Brown gave me a big surprising hug! So I ran back to class.

Everyone said, Youre still not wearing green. Everyone charged me all at the same time,

and then I screamed at the top of my lungs!

SSSTTTOOOPPP! My voice echoed inside the whole class room so

everyone could hear what I said. And I am wearing green, weirdoes! Its on my

necklace.

Ooooohhh I see it now, said my best friend Chrstianna.

BING! Start packing up, Mrs. Hooser (my teacher) said. It was the end of

the day and I had to leave. I was so upset. I at least wanted to say good bye to Mrs.Brown. But my bus had been called. So I rode to my sweet wonderful home sitting next to my other

best friend Riza!

The Time My Sister Helped Meby Catilyn Boalch

Today was the day that I had to take a benchmark and I was confused so I had to

study. I did not know what to do, but at the bottom of my huge pinkish brain I was

thinking if I can get help from my big sister Chancey.

So I asked her if she could help me. And I asked very nice. She asked what for.

I said, My benchmark. I need to study a story called Heat Wave.

She said softly with her scratchy sore throat, I guess.

Today was the day that I had to take the benchmark. My mom encouraged me

before I got dropped off. OMG! I thought in my head, this is it. I got to get an A or Im grounded. I took

three deep breaths and thought, I can do it! So I walked in my classroom door and got prepared.

I said, Mrs. Scott I am ready for the benchmark.

I had 9:38-10:38. There were 25 questions and I finished in about 30 minutes. So I sat and waited till

the rest of the class was done. Finally the class was done and we were told we could get up and

stretch. Then she went into her office that was a quarter of her room. So we were surprised when she

came out with candy. That was a wonderful day!

I entered a contest announced on the radio. What kind of contest, you

might ask? Well, I entered a contest where if you can think of different types

of popcorn you can create youll get to make your own delicious popcorn. I

thought and thought about it, so I mixed flavors with some different

ingredients.

Chocolate with cheese YUCK! Caramel with butter, I think Im

gonna throw up, I said to myself. And thats when it hit me. I started writing

down plain popcorn with caramel filling, chocolate on top and sprinkles

layering for it.

Delightful, I yelled as I jumped for joy.

But there was one more type, cookie flavor popcorn. Oh, I was

bursting with excitement. Now as I thought of more and more my brain

would explode. I had a waterfall of ideas. I entered my creation and waited

anxiously for the next day. I turned on the radio and listened to the

announcer.

He said, The winner is Cyane Wheeler.

Yes!, I shouted out.

First, I was feeling nervous about my creations and now I felt great. Inever thought I would win.
