  • FINALLY we shook off the last of that nasty cold weather! Now, the sun is out, the air is warm, and many of us are spending our weekends at backyard barbecues or the beach. This sounds totally amazing in theory, but there is one aspect of sum-mertime that tends to strike dread in the hearts of women everywhere: swimsuits. If youre anything like me, youve been eyeballing your bathing suit from last year with steadily gathering anxiety. Every time a friend invites you over to use their pool, or to go out to the beach, you shudder at the thought of trying to squeeze into that old thing and having to face what you look like in it. And thats before we even get to dealing with the idea of letting other people see you in it. Anyone else on the verge of a panic attack? Okay, everybody take a breath. We can get through this. First, find a little comfort in knowing that so many other ladies feel the same way when it comes to this time of year. Theres nothing weird about you or wrong with you for having Bathing Suit Phobia. Second, yes, your body may have changed since last year. You might not be the same size, or maybe you had a baby and arent comfortable in a bikini anymore, or any number of variables could be different. Heres my solution for the terror of trying to wrangle last years suit: just get a new one! If its going to cause you stress, then its not worth it. We have enough things to worry about without adding more unnecessary trauma. You dont have to spend hundreds of dollars to feel comfortable; there are plenty of affordable swimsuit options for all body types in cheap retail outlets and chains. Just treat yourself one evening after work or one weekend morning and head out to find something that you like. Go for your favorite color, or go for something with a bright pattern. Go for all black if youre looking for slimming, try a tankini if youre worried about your stomach, or go for one with a built-in flowy skirt if youre self-conscious about your thighs. My point is: You have options. Take your time. Try on as many as you like until you find one that you feel comfortable in. You are worth SO much more than what you think your stomach or your arms or anything else might look like. You deserve to feel confident and forget about what other people might think. You deserve to be able to walk up to a pool or onto the beach and lose yourself in the hot sand between your toes and the sun on your skin. You can absolutely discover a swimsuit that will look fantastic on you you just have to take the time to find it!

Maureen Whelan is a pediatric Occupational Therapist and mother of 4 children ages 15,13, 10 and 7.

    Thanks DadBy Maureen Whelan

This months column is dedicated to the Dads out there, and the grandfathers, foster dads, stepfathers, and pseudo-dads. Dont ever underestimate the impact you have on your childs life. And dont just take my word for it; research from the National Fatherhood Initiative supports this as well. Children who lack the positive influence of a father in their life are more likely to be incarcerated, engage in drug and alcohol abuse, suffer from childhood obesity, experience difficulty in school with poor chances for academic success, and experience teen pregnancy. In fact, experts report the father factor impacts every measure of a childs well being, and that fatherless homes are a social crisis in America. Its funny though, how little credit dear old Dad gets sometimes. Mark Twain wrote, When I was a boy of 14, my old man was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years. Without a doubt, my son feels the same at his ripe young age of 13. Frequent dinner conversations might start with my husband saying Back in the day It is at that point, my son interrupts him with, Grandpa, tell us your war stories again. This hap-pens almost every day, and for some reason its always funny. I let it go, because I know that what is said is not nearly as important as what is shown. My children have a father who sits with them at dinner each night. Much to my amazement, he has let our 3 daughters paint his fingernails, and he has learned to paint theirs. He is the preferred special person for our youngest when she is Star of the Week at school. He has coached T-ball, soccer, football, basketball and even joined the Point Pleasant Drama Mamas as the sole male chaperone on a trip to Chicago and Cleveland. on a bus. with high school students. for 4 days. He has been the breadwinner and a stay-at-home Dad. He supported me when I was a stay-at-home mom, and when it made sense to advance my career. He has worked for big companies and he has started his own small one. He comes from the Midwest where football is king. But when he saw that our son didnt share the same love, he stopped coaching, knowing that our boy would never stop playing if his father remained a coach. It was that year, with less than a week into the season that our son came home from practice and told us he would rather not play. My husband still watches our son in his other sports, with pride in his eyes and love in his heart. My own father was similar. He was a sturdy 56, but a giant in my eyes for most of my childhood. He had lived a dream of owning a bookstore for years while I was growing up. But when my oldest brother began to talk about colleges, he sold it, knowing his kids would not be able to go to college while they were working for him. My oldest brother went to The University of Notre Dame. After his first semester my parents planned to tell him at Christmas that he couldnt go back. We just couldnt afford it. When they heard how much he was enjoying school they decided not to say anything and just pray for the best. My brother returned to Notre Dame to discover that he was the recipient of a scholarship because the student that had it the first semester didnt return. My parents went on to send all 8 of us to college. I know now that my father sacrificed his dream so that we could all attain ours. I never doubted his love, his faith, his support, or his desire to make our lives better. He held my hand and he had my back. He was all I ever needed in a father, and I miss him every day.So Dads, never undervalue the importance of being part of your childs life. Focus on ways to show your love, and share a laugh. Worry less about the money in the bank, no man ever died wishing they had worked a few more days. Your children will learn what they live, so live each day being the best father you can be. It might take many years, but some day, your children will thank you.

Ice cream is back in popularity as gourmet shops are popping up to mix custom flavors from the ordinary to the exotic. So here is a way to make any family dinner or neighborhood barbeque your ice cream dream. When having a large group, scoop ice cream into paper cups and refreeze in a large tray until serving time. These toppings are so simple and taste so much better than the store bought. Try experimenting with a sweetsavory combination such as sugar glazed bacon crumbles with, salted caramel and pecan shortbread pieces. The combinations are endless...Enjoy!

Hot Fudge Sauce1 14oz. Can of sweetened condensed milk10 oz. semisweet chocolate chips (or dark if you prefer a richer chocolate)3 Tbsp. salted butter

Heat sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir until melted, about 5 minutes more.

Salted Caramel Sauce1 cup brown sugar6 Tbsp salted butter cup heavy cream1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp coarse sea salt

Heat butter and sugar in heavy bottomed sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. When it starts to bubble, cook for 34 minutes. Very slowly drizzle the heavy cream into the mixture using caution as the hot and cold temperatures mixing may cause splattering. Cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and sea salt.

There is nothing like stopping by a farm stand and picking up some fresh Jersey corn and tomatoes. Until recently, there werent too many farm stands in the 08742 area. Lucky for us, the farm now comes to Point Pleasant Beach with a Farmers market every Sunday in the parking lot of the train station. All the ingredients for this salad can be picked up there. This pairs well with any type of grilled meat of fish, or serve it with some chips and guacamole for a starter. ENJOY!!

Farmers Market Tomato Corn Salad4 ears of corn2 TBSP fresh lemon juice1 tsp. sea salt tsp. ground black pepper4 TBSP olive oil4-5 medium ripe tomatoes, diced red onion diced finely2 cloves fresh garlic minced6-8 fresh basil leaves

Grill the corn on the cob for 3-4 minutes, or remove the corn from the stalk and quickly brown in a pan with oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool in a large bowl. Rinse basil leaves and roll lengthwise to easily chop into shreds. Toss with remaining ingredients and cover. It is best to make shortly before serving.

Avoid refrigeration as it impacts taste and texture of tomatoes.

Hello Gorgeousby Allison Feehan, Owner of Integrative Healing and Wellness

Isnt summer gorgeous? Doesnt it smell so delicious? The sun is finally shining on our faces as we hear the sound of the birds tweeting and the smell of the flowers, its oh so divine. I feel a sense of victory coming out of another winter, like I survived yet another long, cold, damp, dark one. Anyone with seasonal depression understands what Im talking about. The darker days make for a longer day in our minds and a sense that we could have accomplished more had we had more daylight.

Summer is fun, happy, bright, and filled with family and friend get- togethers. The smell of a BBQ and a great conversation with a great friend is food for the soul. The summer sun is filled with the necessary vitamin D we all need to feel great. Our bodies need sun exposure to produce vitamin D in its natural form. Skin cancer has become such a scare that we have completely covered our skin in toxic chemicals to deny ourselves the sun exposure. Adequate daily exposure is what Im referring to not a full day of sun bathing. Some of us are so busy that we are lucky if we can find 20 minutes or so, daily, to sit in the sun. It rejuvenates us and makes us take a break to recharge. But when you know you are going to be out in the sun for the entire day is when you really need to protect yourself.

If you find yourself laying lazily on the beach or frolicking with your children in the water, there are a few quick fixes to expose yourself to the sun in doses. A long sleeve sun shirt and perhaps a hat may help but those are just for short term. Unless youre sitting under the umbrella smelling that gorgeous summer wind then youll need more protection. For my family I use Alba Bontanica as a quick go-to sunblock. Its safe and is as natural as you can get for a pre-made sunblock. There are other brands such as Badger Organic as works just as great. Any sunblock product that advertises to protect over 50+ SPF is not going to protect you any further beyond that number. The Environmental Working Group has declared the following ingredients to be the highest health hazard: Octinoxate, oxybenzone, nan zinc oxide, nano titanium oxide, padimate O, octisilate, avobenzone, octocreylene, homosalate, ensulizole, methyl anthranilate, methoryl SX, sulisoben-zone, cinoxate. Whew, thats quite a list and just the short version. Three out of five actually protect or contain potentially harmful chemicals.

I tell my children if you wouldnt eat the product then dont put it on your skin. Our skin is our largest excretory system and if we clog it, it hinders our ability to excrete toxins and serious issues can arise. For a real, all- natural, no chemical sunblock, I make my own. For the finished product you can use a small container or jar. The option is up to you but I like a small jar that I can fit into my bag. Bulkapothecary.com has jars and some of the ingredients youll need. I also find a lot of my ingredients on Amazon. Ensure that the ingredients are organic. The below is a recipe to make your own. These ingredients have their own natural SPF but none of them have been tested by a regulatory organization. Natural SPF varies on its coverage.

Red Raspberry Seed Oil and Carrot Oil reflect as the highest SPF cover-age ranging between 25-50 SPF. The following oils can also be used in concert with or just alone. Pomegranate Oil, Almond oil, coconut oil, or Shea Butter is the other ingredients that you can use and roughly of a cup is all you should need. So choose your oil or oils to use. The other ingredients you will need are: 5-10 drops of lavender, coconut, or vanilla extract essential oil (no citrus oils), 1 tbsp of pomegranate oil, 2 tbsp of Shea butter, and 2 tbsp of non nano zinc oxide powder. Combine all your ingredients into the glass jar except the zinc oxide. Using a saucepan, fill the bottom with about 2 inches of water and place on medium/low heat. Place the glass jar of ingredients into the saucepan and mix ingredients until they melt. Once all of the contents have melted together then remove it from the heat and stir in the zinc oxide really well. Be careful not to inhale the zinc oxide powder. Store in a cool place. Once fully cooled you can then fill smaller containers for your beach bag.

As always be sure to check with your dermatologist before you using any new products or ingredients on your skin to ensure no reactions or interac-tions. During my experience and research just like any other sunblock they do not stay on for long periods of time. Especially if youre in the water, reapplying is necessary but dont forget not to go too crazy with applying sunblock of any kind every single day. Our bodies love the natural exposure to the sun but when we know we will be out for long periods of time is when we need to protect our skin.

Enjoy this gorgeous weather. Enjoy time with your family, outside in the glorious sun. And enjoy your health and wellness. Many Blessings

    Rosewaterby Natalie Berko

For centuries, the rose has been considered a symbol of beauty, love, and happiness. Since ancient times, roses have been used medicinally, nutritionally, and as a much loved beauty secret staple. Rosewater was first made by chemists in the Islamic Golden Age as a perfume and a beverage, since then it has become increasingly popular for a multitude of uses. In modern times we are getting back to basics, using fresh ingredients and simple processes that eliminate chemicals and are environmentally friendly. This recipe will teach you how to make your own rosewater right in your kitchen!

Supplies: Fresh Roses, distilled water, ice, a big pot with a lid, a bowl (that will fit inside the pot), containers to store your rosewater.1. First wash the roses and separate

the petals.2. Put the petals into your big pot.3. Push the petals to the sides of

the pot and place your bowl in the center.

    4. Add water to the pot to cover the rose petals completely. (You want the bowl to remain dry.)

    5. Cover the pot with its lid upside down and bring the solution to a boil.

    6. Once your pot begins to boil, bring the solution down to a simmer on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes.

    7. While simmering place ice cubes on the inverted lid. If the ice melts, add more ice cubes. This will help with the process of condensation that creates the rose water.

    8. After 20 to 30 minutes is up, the rose petals will be a pale white color, turn off the heat, carefully remove the bowl from the pot and allow it to cool.

    9. Once cool you can transfer your rosewater into the containers.

Some uses for your rosewater: Toner: add to a spray bottle 1 part rosewater to

1 part witch hazel. Moisturizing and pore tightening. Add a cup of rosewater to your bath for an

extra luxurious hydrating steep. Use as a natural perfume spritz hair and

skin for a light scent that lasts all day. Rosewater is also delicious! Add a few tablespoons to a cup of lemonade for a refreshing summer drink!

We all make mistakes. No human being is perfect, nor is any animal. Life is a learning experience for us all, but our mistakes come with consequences. This is just as true for dogs, and severity of the mistake dictates the effect.

One issue Ive seen a lot at Best Friends is bite history. Dogs bite out of many reasons: fear, abuse, protecting its owner, sick, overly excited, or pushed beyond its comfort level are a few. Bite laws vary from state to state, but Best Friends is one of the places lucky to have the r esources to house dogs with bite histories. While not all the dogs here have bitten someone in the past, many find the sanctuary a safe haven. Most overcrowded shelters are quick to euthanize a dog with such a past. Yet most of the dogs at Best Friends are adoptable despite their bite histories, with only a few court ordered unadoptables.Reality is, it is less stressful to choose a dog without a bite history versus one with a bite history. After all, we want to be able to love, play with, and trust our furry companions.Unfortunately, working in rescue, I have seen dogs been put down due to bites. Many factors go into the future of a dog, some being number of times bitten, circumstances of bite if they are known, severity of bite (did it break skin, how deep, etc), resources of shelter or rescue, and breed of dog (bully breeds are often less likely to receive a second chance).Bites may make you more wary of a dog, but all dogs are individuals. They have different back-grounds, some

    Bite Historiesby Lauren Kehoe

unknown, different personalities, likes and dislikes. We take the time and effort to build relationships with friends, family, and significant others. The same can be implemented for dogs with complex histories or behavior quirks.Meeting a dog like this should start out in the shelter. They may take you outside to neutral territory and keep the dog on a leash for both of your protection. If the dog has a positive or no reaction to you, they can let the dog off the leash and begin with slow petting. It may take several meetings to determine if you are the right fit for each other.

Choosing to adopt a dog like this comes with responsibility. Will you be having people over? Are you considering kids? Will you introduce

the dog to new people, if so, how? All things to think about before

you adopt a dog with special behavior needs.

Dogs deserve to be respected. It is helpful to

educate yourself and those around you on dog body language before the dog is pushed to the point it feels the need to bite. Every case is different, and some dogs need a little extra

love and patience. Give them that, and they can

become your best friend.Check out this great resource

I wanted to read this book and review it because I had heard good things about it, but also because, by the time you are reading this, it will have been released as a motion picture by Warner Bros., starring Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin.

Me Before You, by Jojo Moyes, is a romantic drama, which is not my usual first choice, especially when the cover design shouts of delicacy and whimsy, but I am so glad I gave this novel a fair chance. It is the best story Ive read in some time. Me Before You is more drama than romance. It is the story of two opposites that must first learn to cope with each other before they can like each other. More than this, it is a story about what happens when we are knocked out of our comfort zone. Do we collapse? Do we adapt? Do we look for ways to overcome and find new meaning?

Louisa Clark is a 26 year old waitress that loves her job at the local caf. She hails from a blue collar family in a suburb of England, and can never seem to do anything that pleases her family. She gets knocked out of her comfort zone when the caf closes, and she is thrust into the job market with no marketable skills. With her family depending on her for income, she apprehensively accepts a job with a six month contract as a caregiver for a quadriplegic. Will Traynor is a successful global businessman who enjoys world travel, extreme sports, and his pick of gorgeous women. He is knocked out of his comfort zone when he is run over by a motor-cycle and is sentenced to life in a wheelchair without the use of his arms and legs. The only thing this mismatched pair has in common is that they live in the same town, separated by an ominous historic castle. Wills family is wealthy but broken. Louisas family is tight-knit but broke. She doesnt think about her future; he thinks of nothing but his future. The castle itself even has different meanings for them. Shortly after beginning the job, Louisa learns that she was hired for only a six month contract because Will plans to end his life, but has promised his family to wait six months. Louisa has been hired as a last-ditch attempt to change his mind.

Jojo Moyes makes this novel so easy to read, by using dialogue and emotion that puts us right inside the story. In one part, as Will begins to warm to Louisa, he allows her to finally shave his face. The imagery Moyes uses here is sensational, giving us a glimpse of trust and true surrender, allowing Louisa to learn that a face can be a window into a persons soul. As the book progresses, the big question becomes can Louisa change Wills mind? Wills mother isnt so sure. She says Hes so different now, its like hes determined not to see the good in anything. Can Louisa

make him see the good, that his life holds value and is worth living? Can she tap into the things that drive

us as human beings, like the feeling of independence and a sense of worth? This compelling novel engages us to consider our own beliefs about assisted suicide. Every player in this story has his or her own viewpoint on the topic, which Moyes showcases by smartly giving each main character a dedicated chapter.

Louisa Clark had becomeour only chance of keeping him alive, said Wills father. Like a drum roll, the countdown to Wills deadline is thundering in Louisas heart. She devises a plan intending to make Will appreciate life again. Sometimes comedic, other times gut-wrenching, but always desperate, they begin to develop a fondness for each other. Will it be enough? If youre curious to see whether its the Me or the You that transcends, be sure to reserve your copy of Me Before You at the Point Pleasant Boro or Point Pleasant Beach Library, and lets hope that the movie can capture the emotion of the novel.Me Before You, Penguin Books, 2012.

Me Before You by Jojo MoyesA book review by Brian Favretto

  • Something to Be Saidby Charles Nolan

For the past couple of months, Ive been hounding my girlfriend, Katie, trying to convince her we need to move to the city. While thats not necessarily true, I am really craving being a part of a place where things happen that ever-elusive term that loosely applies to whatever you want it to apply to. In my case, Id love to be able to go to a bar and see a world-class band whose albums I buy without driving or making a big plan of it. Id love to be able to stop by a comedy club or join a writers group, two things that are virtually non-existent outside of cities. Id love to go somewhere whose crowd is both full and always stretching itself towards a stage with my favorite artists on it. But theres something to be said for small town bars on a small town night. For instance, last year, I went with a few friends, Katie, Ryan, and Frank to Reef and Barrel as it was transitioning from Edgars to see the E Street Shuffle play.

The place was under construction, so the new front door didnt have a ramp anymore, which is critical because my friend Frank has Cerebral Palsy and is in a 500-lb wheelchair. Luckily, we were greeted by a gaggle of men in uniform from the army camp next door smoking cigarettes outside the place who offered to help us lift the chair over the one big step at the door.

As huge Bruce fans living mostly within walking distance of Reef and Barrel, Frankie and I basically feel like the E Street Shuffle is a thing that was made specifically for us. We love hearing songs that Bruce himself seems to have forgotten, and hearing them be crafted right in front of us without being in a seat in a huge stadium next to some guy who thinks out loud that the first notes of Racing in the Street is the ideal time to go to the bathroom. There was a girl in a blue shirt who was up and dancing from the first notes of the second set, occasionally tugging on her significant others plaid collared shirt and dragging him onto the floor. There was another girl dancing by herself

like she was the queen, which was awesome in its own way. There was the group of tipsy men in prim uniforms at a table in the back, who seemed to be enjoying some time off. There was Frankie, dancing in his wheelchair, and me trying my best to dance, and often corralling a sober Katie onto the floor to laugh at me. Other than that, a couple guys at the bar watching basketball, and a bartender who shook my hand and asked me how I was doing, the place was pretty empty. And yet, theres something to be said for an empty bar where a world-class band is lighting the place on fire and receiving respect from their few patrons. The set included Frankies favorite, Talk To Me, a rare but intensely beautiful dip into 90s Bruce with If I Should Fall Behind, and other great performances on Born to Run, Fire, and Promised Land. And, there was, of course, the closer a reluctant compliance to an outland-ish request sprung from Frankies keyboard and carried into voice by the five dancing fools chanting for Thundercrack: a nine-minute opus complete with dance move-instructions, chanting, sax solos, and lots and lots of sweat. Theres something to be said for walking home without being in a rush, having to catch a train, or pay for a taxi, and mostly just meandering down the only non-residential street in town towards Frankies house. Walking with him can be slow-going, especially when hes hilariously screwing around and trying to ride backwards down the sidewalk. Blue shirt girl and reluctant-dancing boyfriend were walking on the other side of Washington.Babys back! I responded, and hummed the rest of the song to myself. They disappeared into the night and the stench of the ocean with a get home safe. Theres almost certainly something to be said for that.

  • The Festival Season is Upon Usby Matt ConnellyFollow me on Untapped at MConnelly

When the inaugural Great American Beer Festival launched in 1982 it was one of only a few beer festivals worldwide. At the GABF that year there were 22 breweries pouring 40 beers to 800 die-hard beer lovers. In October of last year the Colorado Convention Center hosted the 34th Annual Great American Beer Festival. 750 breweries. 3800 different beers. 60,000 attendees. The event sold out in 1 hour 17 minutes.

In recent years beer festivals have become one of the fastest growing segments of the craft beer industry. There were nearly 1500 events last year, with a significant number of those events taking place in and around New Jersey. The shore area plays host to a few notable beer festivals, with Seaside Parks America on Tap (August), Belmars Bier on the Pier (September), the Asbury Park Beer Festival (January) and Point Pleasants Beer on the Boards (March) each drawing large crowds this past year.

In an effort to provide you, the readers, with a comprehensive guide to the beer festival experience, I painstakingly attended each of these events. The culmination of my research is the following four-step plan for beer festival success:

    1. Preparation LogisticsTo enjoy a stress-free day considerations must be made for the days logistics. Purchasing tickets in advance has become a necessity, as many festivals sell-out prior to the event. Arrange for your transportation to/from the festival; public transportation is wonderful if accessible; many festivals have a reduced ticket fee for designated drivers.

    2. Preparation ConsumptionPreparing for the amount of consumption that you will undergo is not something to be taken lightly. Although the typical festival pour is 2-3 ounces, you will have hundreds of those samples at your disposal. Make sure you have plenty of sleep, a full stomach, and prioritize hydration throughout the festival. More importantly, know your limits and use moderation if necessary.

    3. EquipmentComfort and practicality are the standards in preparing what you wear/bring to the festival. Casual clothing and comfortable footwear are necessities, as you will be on your feet for a long period of time. If the festival is outside, make certain youve accounted for the temperature and the potential for prolonged sun exposure. A backpack to hold

    4. GameplanKnowing what beers you want to prioritize will allow you to maximize your utility. You will receive a program upon arrival and many festivals publish the floorplan on a website prior to the event. Circle the breweries and plan a route. Bring a notebook and pen so you can note which beers you will want to try again and which you need to warn your friends to enjoy.

How Do You Know You Have a Sleep Problem?

Dr. Tony Garrow & Dr. Susan Nemiroff

If a lack of sleep is starting to affect your concentration, memory or mood, you may have a sleeping problem. Chances are that it is just a case of nerves, or an inability to deal with lifes stress. Most sleep problems are related to other conditions or situations. So, do not look for traditional medi cal prescription like sleeping pills to solve the problem. Sleeping cycles, also linked to night/day cycles (circadian rhythms), are known to influence YOUR brain chemistry. One substance in particular, melatonin, is a naturally occurring hormone that is secreted during the dark phase of the 24-hour cycle. Taken orally, this substance has been shown to influence sleep patterns and reduce the symptoms related to insomnia.

Chiropractic Can Improve Your SleepIf you do not want to have to take pills to improve your sleep, make an appointment here to talk about your problems. In a recent study of 221 chiropractic patients, one third of the subjects who completed the required interview reported immediate effects on their sleep after a chiropractic adjustment. From this group of responders, a whopping 98% recorded improved results with chiropractic versus those whose sleep patterns did not get better.

Pain, both acute and chronic, is another primary reason why people experience disturbed sleep. Whether its back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, or headaches, chiropractic treatments have a long history of being able to help. The vast majority of my patients notice more restful sound sleep after their adjustments. Why suffer from sleepless nights? Call now for a complimentary consultation. We have 3 natural, sleep supplements that are proven to work! If you or someone you know needs better sleep at night then PLEASE talk to one of the doctors and maybe you will even get a free sample We also get a BIG discount on Tempur-Pedic mattresses that can also help improve your sleep!

Call now to get a free check up and prevent upcoming exercise related injuries!
