Alu Prop System

Being one of the largest formwork and scaffolding companies in KSA, We are introducing the ALU PROP which can be used as individual Prop, in table system or as shoring towers.

The ALU PROP post shores are made of aluminium which makes the props light and easy in handling.We have four different sizes of ALUPROPS, ALP 250,350,480 and 600, the ALP250 can be extended from 1.450 m to 2.50 m but weights only 15.5 Kg.

Aluminium alloys with very high yield strength (R=300N/mm2 ) guarantee high capacity load and lightness .Interrupted and specular thread obtained by mechanical removal,guarantees self-cleaning and antiscuffing during the

process of rotation of the nut.Mechanical assembly of all the components allows minimal maintenance costs and facility of change of the damaged pieces.Geometry with projecting angles allows easy attachment of the frames in four orthogonal positions.Double safety system avoids the exit of the internal spindle.Painting (on request) with termosetting powder to avoid the corrosionof concrete.
