    Define Managed Services Strategy and Sales Tactical plan towards customer. Create high level business plan for opportunity evaluation. Perform customer presentations for opportunity qualification. RFP / RFQ evaluation and response by customer. Preparation and presentation of Internal project review meetings

    Identify customer current organization and operational structure of As Is solution. Define the Service Delivery strategy and the To Be Solution towards he customer. Update the Business Case with inputs of the As Is. Prepare draft commercial proposal with final version to be submitted after Due Diligence

    Review existing data & preliminary solution, determine gaps, key risks, assumptions anddependencies.

    Establish the Base Line data with regards to Cost Levels, Performance Level and Organization. Create a DD Verification report where all activities and findings are documented and quantified. Confirm and update the customer Business Case based on DD findings. Establish the advantages for the customer Proposal Re-evaluate / mitigate identified risks Prepare final Commercial proposal based on DD findings and final Delivery and strategy plan.

    Prepare contract negotiation strategy.

    Transition

    Define detail solution specifications, objectives, scope of service and project deliverables. Prepare detailed transition project specification including organization, time plan ,budget and

    acceptance criteria. Plan and prepare for the establishment phase based on detailed solution, setup of operations

    teams, third party suppliers, environment etc.. Revise operational readiness plan, prepare for Go-Live, review risk assessment, review

    acceptance criteria with internal and external stakeholders. Handover to Operations, ensure stabilization of project. Final review of transition project and prepare inputs for transformation.

    Operations Support

    Ensure Operational readiness plan and start up the O&M project according to scope of service

    and project specifications of contract agreement.

    Prepare and Setup of O&M teams, tools, processes and procedures, reporting templates,

    performance measurement criteria, governance models etc.

    Execute O&M activities according to plan, communicate with customer and suppliers.

    Measure the project performance according to agreed scope, performance criteria, budget and

    project efficiency of which the output will be basis for transformation project goals.
