Step 1.1

From the Energy Infrastructure Portal Home Page, click the Enter Site link to access the Portal login page.

Step 1.2

Enter your username and password and click the GO button to enter the portal.

Step 2.1

Before it is possible for an Electricity Network Operator to start using the portal, the Network Operator must first be in possession of a Portal Team Account.

You organisation’s Portal Team Account is made up of Portal Team Members who play one or more Roles.

Users must have a Portal Login Account setup before they can be assigned a role within a Portal Team Account and be a member of that team.

Please refer to the Contacts page on the Energy Infrastructure Portal home page for details on who to contact for a Portal Login Account.

Step 2.2

Click the Company Contacts link to configure your Portal Team Account.

Step 3.1

The Company Contacts screen allows you to search for Portal Team Accounts assigned to your organisation.

Once the search is complete you may select the Portal Team Account you wish to edit.

Step 3.2

Clicking Search returns all the Portal Team Accounts for which you have been assigned the Resource Coordinator Role.

Step 3.3

To edit the Portal Team Members, and their associated Roles in your Portal Team Account, click the Edit Contacts link.

Step 4.1

The Contact Management screen details all members of your Portal Team Account and their associated Roles.

From this screen new Portal Team Members can be added to your team and assigned an appropriate Role.

Existing Portal Team Members can also have their Roles amended.

Step 4.2

Click the Add Person button to add a new member to your organisation’s Portal Team Account.

Step 5.1

New Portal Team Members can be assigned to your organisation’s Portal Team Account via the Add Person screen.

Step 5.3

Clicking the Add Person button locates the Portal Login Account that matches the details you have specified.

The account is then associated with your team as a new Portal Team Member.

Step 5.2

You must accurately enter the Portal Login Account details associated with the new member of your team.

Step 7.1

Once a new member has been added to your Portal Team Account, the Contact Management screen is displayed.

Details of the new Portal Team Member are reflected on this screen.

Step 7.2

To assign a Role to the new member of your team, simply check the appropriate tick box.

Step 7.3

Once all the necessary administrative changes to your organisation’s Portal Team Account have been completed, you must save the changes by pressing the Save Changes button.

Step 8.1

Once you have saved the changes made to your team you can return to your Workbasket by clicking the Workbasket link.

Click the Log Out Link to log out of the Portal.
