John has published widely in the areas of stress management, counselling and human givens psychotherapy and has a successful track-record as a corporate well-being consultant. Dr Abigail Lucas is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a trained cognitive-behavioural therapist and holds a PhD in Psychology with primary expertise in developing capacity and resilience in individuals and organisations.
