• What?– Create a set of Principles that align their views

• A set of statements that:– Are championed by senior management– Articulate the organisation's vision – Are directly tied to the business– Are specific enough to drive behaviour– Are limited in number– Enable effective decision making– Are the cornerstone for managing change

A Collaborative Approach
