Management Systems DEVELOPING ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERS WITH INTEGRITY Management professionals formulate and implement strategic plans, manage global supply chains, take charge of special projects and lead specific functions such as human resources, innovation, operations and procurement. At Fordham, we take a systems approach that develops the different functions within an organization to create possibilities for long-term sustainability in this globalized world. Our students learn how to create appropriate strategy, culture, structure, processes and values needed to produce dynamic and meaningful change. Our courses help students to discover their own qualities as leaders with integrity. The challenge is to help students integrate behavioral and quantitative skills to understand the basic tools and principles and instill in them a spirit of entrepreneurship. The area is home to the Global Healthcare Innovation Management Center, the Center for Humanistic Management and the Consortium for Trustworthy Organizations, which conduct research and hold events for the common benefit of scholars, practitioners and students. Management helps organizations to grow and sustain performance. Our Faculty Are experts in fields of research with publications in top international journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Decision Sciences, Psychological Science, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and MIT Sloan Management Review.
