Business owners would love to have their staff think and perform like consultants. Why? What it takes to be an effective consultant? Consultants are constantly striving for excellence to provide real added value to the business, organization and operations of their clients. They need to have mental resilience, ability to think on their feet and to work under intense time pressure. Consultants who are highly sought after are able to ‘cut through the fog’ to clearly define the issues the client is facing, to structure the work needed to arrive at a feasible solution and to achieve stakeholder buy-in with insightful and impactful recommendations. Topics Covered: The facilitator with more than 16 years of experience consulting to MNCs, government and SMEs in 20 countries will cover
> Consulting landscape and processes > What is a management consultant > Qualities of a good consultant > Internal versus external consultant > Tools and Techniques > Client relationship management > SWOT Analysis > Performance management using Balanced Scorecard > How to source for new clients > How to handle client objection and to project real added value > How to price projects > How to turn prospects into clients > How to manage external consultants or consultant-led projects > How to be a Trusted Advisor, etc.
