Enlightened physical security planning can contribute considerably to the overall security of a property. The proper application of security personnel, security hardware and the elimination of security weaknesses from a structural standpoint can have a significant impact on future security and crime problems. Physical security planning is not intended to create an impenetrable fortress. The goal is merely to make penetration more difficult and time-consuming. Degree of difficulty and length of delay are key factors in reducing the probability that crime will occur.

We specialize in providing security guards including ex-servicemen and personal bodyguards, who are well trained under the PSARA act 2005.

We are a member of CAPSI and hold the requisite license to operate as a security agency, from the respective governmental authority. Each of our guards also undergoes the mandatory police verification.

Our staff has a very low attrition rate and we regularly execute a planned rotation of staff among our various sites.

We also prepare Security Assessment Reports advising on infrastructures, devices, competent manpower and systems to ensure adequate security and safety.

DETAILED PROFILE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARDS

A. PROCEDURE OF SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL

It is ensured that no locals belonging to close by area is recruited to perform the duties in the premisesof our clients. This is to avoid familiarity with lower staff in the premises.

1. Criteria for the selection of guards

Height minimum 5’5” Smart well built, presentable and

intelligent Minimum qualification matriculation Should be able to Read and Write Basic

English and Hindi. Medically fit with normal eyesight

2. Verification of Security personnel

Thorough vetting is carried out of the securitypersonnel being recruited; our verificationteam also verifies the same, after visitingtheir residence.

C. DAY AND NIGHT MONITORING PROCEDURE & CONTROL MECHANISMS

We have effective and foolproof systems of monitoring our security personnel deployed at variousplaces for their alertness, discipline, and so on. The Procedure followed in as under:

1. Day Supervision

a. Visit By Field Officer: The responsible officer will visit each location once in a day. The officerconcerned will sign in the Daily Muster Book and unit visit/ visitor register kept at the location.

This register will be put up to the client once or twice in a week for perusal. The concernedofficer also fills up the visit report.

b. Visit by Branch Head / Sr. Manager Operation: In addition to routine checks by the field officer,the Sr. Manager Operation/ Branch head visits the units at least twice a week and once in a fortnight respectively and meet the client to resolve the issue if any for further improvement in thesecurity services.

c. Feedback by Regional Head- Operations/ The Regional Head –Sales The regional headoperations and regional Head –sales remain in regular touch with the client and keep takingfeedback on security related services. A client’s feedback from is given to the client quarterlywherein the feedback on quality of services provided is given to further improve the services iffound lacking.

2. Night check - The Field Officer checks each location every night at a varied time schedule tomaintain the surprise element. To create fear in the mind of the security guards deployed atnight the check is carried out even twice at various occasions.

All field supervisors and night supervisor are provided with mobile phone to be in touch with theclients.

The security posts are provided with the Mobile numbers of the managers, office staff tocontact at any time in case of any emergencies situation.

Units visit and night checks daily monitored by the branch head and suitable action are taken toeradicate the shortcoming.

3. General

a. Post wise Instructions: Instructions for the various duties to be performed at different posts willbe given in writing and a copy of it shall be laid out on the respective post. All security personnelwill be familiarized with the site before mounting.

b. Alertness of the Security Guards: The Security Guards and the security Supervisors posted in thepremises shall carry out extensive patrolling.

c. Occurrence Book: an occurrence book shall be kept with the Security Supervisors to record onthe important occurrences.

d. Monitoring Of Security Services: Our operational team will be visiting the client once in a monthand least once in a month during night. However initially these units will checked on daily basistill the system is consolidated.

e. Turnover of Staff: Security Personnel posted shall be changed every 2-6 months of earlier ifdesired by the management. These changes will be informed to the management.

f. Vigilance: Security Staff has been briefed to act as the eyes and ears of the client. They willparticularly identify any unusual behavior of the staff, any union like activities, formations ofclicks and clans etc. These will be confidently reported to your senior management.

g. Reports to be Submitted: Monthly reports of activities carried out by our security staff will beinitiated and the same will be sent to the management looking after the security of the Clientcovering the following:-

Visit carried out during day by the staff Visit carried out during night by the staff Important occurrence relating to security Vigilance report covering any union activity/ other confidential matters. Customer feedback form; Measures to improve security, if any Any other important information desired by the client

D. CONTINGENCY ARRANGEMENT OF SERVICES

1. Emergency Response

Provide 5 to 10 guards at short notice. Visit sites within one hour on report of incident Assist in reporting to police wherever required

2. Actions in case of Emergencies

Hoax Call / Genuine Call Pertaining To Bomb Threat - Any call being received by the reception orany staff member shall be treated as authentic call. The security supervisor or the receptionistreceiving the call shall not panic, and are briefed to property note the contents of the call. Theperson receiving the call shall tempt the caller to call on the telephone having ID facility so that thetelephone number of the caller can be traced for further investigation. He will note down hisaddress and name as far as possible. Following steps will be taken by our security staff to react tosuch situations.

a. The Security Supervisor on duty will immediately inform the senior Staff dealing with security.The security staff will also inform the security agency.

b. An immediate survey of the premises will be carried out by the security staff to locate anyunattended baggage /object which could possibly be a potential bomb threat. Such locatedobjects will not be touched by any person except the police / Bomb Squad.

c. The entry of visitors / employees will be suspended immediately.

d. All the exit gates shall be opened and announcement will be made on the PA equipment toinform all the working staff in the building to vacate and also not to rush to avoid stampede.

e. Nearest Police Station will be informed immediately and demand for Sniffer Dogs be made tothe Police.

f. Fire Brigade shall also be informed.

g. Announcements will be made not touch any suspicious object lying in the premises.

h. Re-entries inside the building will only be permitted after getting the clearance certificate fromthe police and the bomb disposal squad.

In Case Of Fire - Although fire Detectors will assist in locating the fire, the security staff will be alertat all times to locate any fire hazard / fire. Following steps will be taken by our security staff to reactto such situations.

a. All efforts will be made to put off the fire by use of local fire extinguishers.

b. Efforts will be made to localize the fire in case in could be put off.

c. Main electrical Switches will be put off.

d. The security supervisor will immediately inform the senior staff dealing with security.

e. All the exit gates shall be opened and announcement will be made on the PA equipment orloudly to inform all the working staff in the building to vacate and also not to rush avoids thestampede.

f. Repeated announcement shall also be made not to use the lifts, if any.

g. Nearest fire brigade and police station shall be informed immediately.

h. Nearest hospital shall be requisitioned for an ambulance immediately to evacuate the casualty ifany.

i. The entry of visitors / employees will be suspended immediately.

In case of Earth quake - All the exit gates shall be opened and announcement will be made on thePA equipment to inform all the working staff in the building to vacate and to go in a open area andto not to rush to avoid the stampede. Repeated announcement shall also be made not to use thelifts.

The nearest hospitals shall be requisitioned for an ambulance immediately to evacuate the casualtyif any.

The entry of visitors / employees will be suspended immediately.

Additional Man Power in case of Events: In case of any events at your company the additional manpower will be provided by us on priority.

E. LIAISONWITH POLICE AND CIVIL AUTHORITIES - Regular liaison with Police and civil Authorities ismaintained by us. All possible assistance will be given to your company including lodging of FIR, followup etc. We will act in the spirit of teammates with you.
