Acquiring knowledge about the Multinational Organizations and how they function, their internal processes and MOs, emphasizing the role and dynamics of the human resources in these organizations

2. Explicare şi interpretare (explicarea şi interpretarea unor idei, proiecte, procese, precum şi a conţinuturilor teoretice şi practice ale disciplinei) / Explanation and interpretation (explanation and interpretation of ideas, projects, processes, as well as of theoretical and practical contents of the discipline)

Students will get familiar with the role and various functions of the HR department in a Multinational Organization, its interaction with other departments and with the exterior of the organization, they will learn about the HR department's involvment in various organizational processes

3. Instrumental – aplicative (proiectarea, conducerea şi evaluarea activităţilor practice specifice; utilizarea unor metode, tehnici şi instrumente de investigare şi de aplicare) / Instrumental - applicative (design, management and evaluation of specific practical activities, the use of methods, techniques and tools of investigation and application)

Students will be presented case studies and they will be asked to debate them in class, they will be asked to parallel the presented case studies with other cases known by them, they will be given examples and hypotethical situations and they will be asked to comment on them

Students will be encouraged to come up with examples from their own professional environments to illustrate that they have understood the topics being discussed, they will be asked to link the practical examples with the theoretical materials from the bibliography
