Petrol Reimbursement

Claim for petrol reimbursement shouldbe made in the following prescribedformat:

Petrol reimbursement claim form available infinance department is to be filled.

It must be supported by genuine petrol bills of

current financial years.

No credit card slips will be entertained.

The bills should be of one category i.e either

petrol or diesel.

Medical ExpenseReimbursement

All employees on regular rolls of thecompany, along with the dependants ,would be eligible to get the benefit

under the policy.The claims will be reimbursed as per the

HR policy applicable on that date.

All medical claims must be supported bygenuine medical bills.

If the employees has Fortis prescriptionthen the consultation bill is a must.

Telephone ExpenseReimbursementThe employees on regular rolls/retainers

of the company would be eligible to getthe benefit under this policy.

10% payment of the bill has to be madeby the employee.

Amount payable in excess of limit will bespecifically approved by the HR Head ofthe unit or FD.

As per the new SOP every telephone billhas to be approved by the concerned

HOD as well.

It's a fine sunny day in the forest and a lionis sitting outside his cave, lying lazily in thesun. Along comes a fox, out on a walk.

Fox: "Do you know the time, because my

watch is broken"

Lion: "Oh, I can easily fix the watch foryou"

Fox: "Hmm... But it's a very complicatedmechanism, and your big claws will onlydestroy it even more

Fox: "That's ridiculous! Any fool knows that

lazy lions with great claws cannot fixcomplicated watches"

Lion: "Sure they do, give it to me and it will

be fixed"

The lion disappears into his cave, andafter a while he comes back with the

watch which is running perfectly. The foxis impressed, and the lion continues tolie lazily in the sun, looking very pleasedwith himself.

One Night 4 college students wereplaying till late night and could not

study for the test which wasscheduled for the next day.

In the morning they thought of aplan. They made themselves look asdirty with grease and dirt. They then

went up to the Course Coordinatorand said that they had gone out to awedding last night and on theirreturn the tire of their car burst and

they had to push the car all the wayback and that they were in nocondition to appear for the test.

So the Course Coordinator said they could

have the re-test after 3 days. They thankedhim and said they would be ready by thattime.

On the third day they appeared before theCourse Coordinator. The Course Coordinatorsaid that as this was a Special ConditionTest, all four were required to sit in separateclassrooms for the test. They all agreed asthey had prepared well in the last 3 days.
