Några enkla regler

• Alla arbetar alltid aktivt med åtminstone en uppgift!

• När en uppgift är klar, ta tag i den uppgift som står näst i tur!

• Om en uppgift omfattas av någons linjeansvar, kom överens om hur uppgiften ska hanteras – antingen får uppgiften vänta till den ansvariga kan ta tag i den eller så tar den som är ledig uppgiften!

• Samarbeta så mycket och ofta som möjligt – samarbete ger bättre resultat!
