1998. Geocad was established in Madrid due to

the need for a CAD/CAM office in a mould

manufacturing workshop.

2000. We opened our office in Irun to provide

mould design (CAD) services and to implement

manufacturing programs for machine tools

(CAM).

2005. Geocad Invest in software to provide

Reverse Engineering services.

2006. We began to provide technical/commercial

support to mould companies in foreign-speaking

countries (English/French), and following up

manufacturing projects. servicio post-venta).

2008. We entered the Chinese market through

Faurecia perfoming Second Stage projects in

Europe and Asia.

HISTORY

2009. Geocad begins to handle full mould manufacturing

projects in Europe and Asia.

2010. Geocad positioned itself in China with technical staff

who keep track of the different projects.

2011. Obtain and maintain the certification ISO

9001:2008, Management and manufacturing tools for

Plastic injection and compression.

2012. Geocad positioned itself in Portugal, a better support

to offer to customers.

2013. With new staff to provide a better support to our

customers with the Geocad Group is created as

partnership with 2 companies in China, one in Portugal and

a trial center and modifications in Spain.

2014. Open an office in Portugal.

2016 NEW! Joint Venture with Mexican and Portuguese

companies to give 2nd Stage Service in Celaya (México)

Tespo precision mold shenzhen

Ltd, founded in 2012, dedicated to

the manufacture of molds for the

plastics injection with the maximum

weight of 20T. It is currently

comprised of 76 employees

production. With a brand new

facility and machinery Tespo

contributes to Geocad Group with

precised manufacturing following

European Standards.

Losang was established in 2003. With

the goal of providing high quality

moulds and molding parts.

With years of growth, the factory now

covers 10,000 sq meters, with a staff

compliment 258, including 40

designers and engineers now. The

annual output can reach to 16＄

Million, with an annual capacity of 600

moulds.

State-of-the-art facilities and excellent

technology help Geocad Group to

fulfill with all our customer

CHECKING FIXTURES

Once the tools are done in China we offer

the option of manufacturing the checking

fixtures as well together with the CMM

part reports assuring before tools arrive to

customer that they fulfill dimensionally

according to cad data.

Over a surface of 5000 m2 and annual

capacity of 1500 checking fixtures

manufacture we can satisfy our customer

requirements both quality and delivery

time.
