Imballo, trasporto, controllo al ricevimento , immagazzinaggio.L’interruttore di manovra sezionatore viene spedito in apposito imballo in posizione di messa a terra, con molle scariche e con pressione assoluta di 1,5 bar.Gli hi i b ll ti i l t i t l di t t tt t l’i filt i di li idi l dGli apparecchi sono imballati singolarmente in scatole di cartone, protette contro l’infiltrazione di liquidi e polvere da polietilene termoretrattile. Al ricevimento controllare l’integrità dell’imballo, lo stato dell’apparecchio e la corrispondenza dei dati di targa con quelli della conferma d’ordine e che il contenuto dell’imballo corrisponda in dettaglio a quanto descritto nella pagina seguenteSe al controllo venisse riscontrato qualche danno o difformità, avvertire la SAREL s.r.l. direttamente od attraverso l’agente di zona, il più presto possibile, in ogni caso entro 5gg dal ricevimento.Se le apparecchiature non saranno installate immediatamente si dovrà provvedere al loro immagazzinaggio in ambienteSe le apparecchiature non saranno installate immediatamente, si dovrà provvedere al loro immagazzinaggio in ambiente coperto, ben ventilato, con atmosfera asciutta, non polverosa, non corrosiva lontano da materiali facilmente infiammabili e con temperatura compresa tra –5°C e +45°C. If the switches are not immediately installed, store them indoor, in well-ventilated, dry, dust-free, non-corrosive ambient, away from any flammable materials and at a temperature between –5°C and +45°C. In any case, avoid any accidental shock or standing position who may cause stresses to the structure of the switchesthemselves.

Principio di funzionamento:Gli interruttori di manovra sezionatori della serie IM6 sono costituiti da un involucro in resina epossidica riempita in SF6 ( 0,32Kg di gas fluorurante ad effetto serra disciplinato dal protocollo di Kyoto ermeticamente sigillato GWP=4,78 ) alla pressione di 150kPa assoluti, sigillati per la vita operativa. (Norme IEC 60265-1)All’interno dell’involucro è posizionato un albero isolante sul quale sono assemblati i contatti mobili mentre i contatti fissi sono montati direttamente sull’involucro.Il movimento di rotazione dell’albero è ottenuto attraverso un comando meccanico posto sul fronte dello stesso.L’apparecchio può assumere tre posizioni, chiuso, aperto, messo a terra, presentando un naturale sistema di interblocco che previene manovre errate.

Functioning concept:IM6 switches are made of an epoxy cast resin housing filled with SF6 gas ( 0,32Kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol, hermetically sealed GWP=4,78 ) at the pressure of 150kPa abs., operative life sealed. (Standard IEC 60265-1)The moving contact are fixed on the insulated rotary shaft inside the cast resin body, wile the fixed contacts are mounted directly on the cast resin bodyThe rotary motion of the shaft is made by an operating mechanism placed on the frontThe switch has three different positions: closed, open and earthed, which naturally prevent any wrong operations.

Comando KPComando con MOLLE PRECARICATE ad aggancio per apertura e chiusura.Interruttore di linea:L’operatore carica manualmente le molle, che accumulare l’energia necessaria per effettuare la manovra di chiusura e di apertura a mezzo del selettore meccanico o a mezzo delle bobine di chiusura ed apertura. L’indicazione di molle cariche è situata sul fronte del comando. Comando KS-M:Comando STANDARD MOTORIZZATO a passaggio punto morto.Interruttore di linea:Il principio di funzionamento è lo stesso del comando manuale KS, ma oltre alla manovra manuale è possibile effettuare la manovra a distanza grazie ad un motore. Il tempo di funzionamento del motore per il cambio di stato è inferiore a 7 secondi.secondi.Sezionatore di terra:La manovra è possibile solo manualmente come per il comando KS.

Collegamento dell’asta di rinvio per la messa a terra in cella 375mm (PAG. 15-16)Prendere l’asta di rinvio montata in tutte le sue parti. (FIG.3 )Svitare i bulloni e togliere il particolare “A”.Con apparecchio in posizione di terre chiuse, posizionare 1 rondella grande sul perno libero del dispositivo di manovra delle terre. Introduire la petite rondelle dans le pivot supérieur et la goupille pour le blocage.

RACCOMANDAZIONI !!!Verificare che durante le fasi di installazione, esercizio e manutenzione vengano rispettate le normative di legge.Osservare scrupolosamente le informazioni riportate nel presente manuale di istruzione.Verificare che durante il servizio non vengano superate le prestazioni nominali dell’apparecchio.Verificare che il personale abbia a disposizione il presente manuale in caso di intervento sugli apparati..Non manomettere le viti di assemblaggio dei due gusci!Non allentare il tappo di chiusura di carica del gas!Un intervento improprio potrebbe provocare una fuoriuscita del gas compromettendo la tenuta dielettrica!Verificare che il collegamento dei cavi MT non interferisca con la rotazione del sezionatore di terra distanziata (vedi Fig 11)

RECCOMANDATIONS !!!S’assurer que les normes de lois soient scrupuleusement respectés pendant les phases d’installations et entretiens.Suivre soigneusement les instructions indiquées sur le présent manuelSuivre soigneusement les instructions indiquées sur le présent manuelPendant le service, les prestations nominales de l’appareil ne doivent pas être supé rées.Le présent manuel doit être à la disposition de l’opérateur qui intervient sur les équipements.Ne pas altérer les vis de fixation des 2 coquilles.Ne pas desserrer le bouchon de fermeture de charge du gaz. Une mauvaise intervention pourrait causer une fuite de gaz compromettant la tenue diélectrique.Vérifier que la connexion des câbles MT n’interfère pas avec la rotation du sectionneur de terre espacée (voir Fig.11)

Make sure that the standard and legal prescriptions are fulfilled during installation, commissioning and maintenance.Strictly follow the information given in this instruction book.Check that the rated performance of the apparatus don’t exceed during the execise.Check that the personnel have this instruction booking case of intervention on the switches.Do not tamper with assembling bolts of the body!Do not tamper with the closing cup for the SF6 charging. An improper intervention can cause a consequent leakage of SF6 compromising the dielectric capacity!Check that the M.V. cable connection doesn’t interfere with the rotation of the earth switch (see Fig.11)
