4、Axle oil seal press-in rod 油封压模（D0836-04）

安装轴油封：其一，首先将轴圈放置在空压机传动轴上,专用工具压头平放在轴圈上，用铜棒

敲击专用工具把手，即可将其安装到位。其二，用同上方法安装油封。

5、Valve key dismounting device- four heads 气门锁夹装拆装置-四头 (D0836-05)

用于拆装四个气门锁夹：拆卸，首先调整好专用工具，然后用两只螺栓将专用工具固定在缸

体上，调整好固定板与锁片，拧紧螺母，即可同时拆装 4 个气门锁夹。安装以同样的方法进行。

6、Oil pump gear dismounting machine 拆机油泵齿轮工具(D0836-06)

用于拆卸机油泵齿轮：将两爪套在油泵齿轮上，拧紧两爪连接螺栓，中间螺栓对准齿轮轴，顺

时针旋转螺栓，即可将齿轮拆卸。

用于拆装气门弹簧：拆卸，将一只螺栓固定在缸体上，然后将专用工具前叉头卡在螺栓上，压

手柄即可使锁片脱落及取下弹簧。安装，反之。

3. Turbocharger bolt dismounting tool 拆增压器螺栓（D2066-05）

用于拆装增压器螺栓:由于增压器下侧两个螺栓操作空间有限，使用专用工具可以方便进行拆

装。

4. Front oil seal press-in tool 前油封压入工具（D2066-06）

用于安装曲轴前油封：首先将油封套在导向盘上，然后导向盘固定在减震器法兰上，依次安装

压筒及拧上螺栓，顺时针旋转螺母即可将油封安装到位。

5. Rear oil seal press-in tool 后油封压入工具（D2066-07）

用于安装曲轴后油封：首先将油封套在导向盘上，然后导向盘固定在曲轴后法兰上，依次安装

压筒及拧上螺栓，顺时针旋转螺母即可将油封安装到位。

6. Fan bracket oil seal press-in tool 风扇托架油封压入工具（D2066-08）

用于安装风扇托架油封：将油封套在专用工具上，对准托架，用辅助工具敲打专用工具后端即

可将油封安装到位。

7. Valve rod oil seal press-in tool 气门杆油封打入工具（D2066-09）

用于安装气门杆油封：依次将防护帽和油封放入专用工具上，然后对准气门杆，用辅助工具敲

打专用工具后端即可将油封安装到位。

8. Oil pump lining press-in tool 机油泵衬套压装工具（D2066-10）

用于安装机油泵衬套：首先将衬套准确套在专用工具-壳体上，对准进油孔及机油泵齿轮螺纹

孔，并将内芯固定在齿轮螺纹孔内，顺时针旋转螺母即可将衬套安装到位。

9. Cylinder lining stand-out measurement tool 测量缸套突出量（D2066-11）

用于测量缸套突出量：首先用四只螺栓将底座平压在缸套上；通过紧固螺栓将百分表安装在表

架上，然后将表架平放在底座上并使量杆接触缸套边缘，调整百分表并归零；滑动表架使量杆

接触缸体，读出左偏数值即缸套突出量（0-12 丝）数值。

10. Camshaft rotating tool 凸轮轴盘车（D2066-15）

用于旋转凸轮轴：从而来调整 1、5 缸位置。

11. Cylinder head bolt dismounting tool 缸盖螺栓专用工具（D2066-16）

用于拆装缸盖螺栓

12. Oil pump lining dismounting tool 机油泵衬套拆卸工具（D2066-18）

用于拆卸机油泵衬套：首先将专用工具放入衬套内孔内，用大活扳手将拔套固定在衬套内，顺

时针旋转螺母，内拔芯膨胀拔套，使拔套牢牢把卡在衬套上。用倒挡惰轮轴拔出器（重汽变速

箱配过）宁在拔芯的螺纹孔内。水平往外冲击即可将衬套拔出。

大修 D2066 发动机：首先拆除右后支腿，然后 M14X110 螺栓将翻转头前端固定在 发动机，

另一 侧与发动机翻转架连接（需要根据各服务站的翻转架定固定孔）

14. Engine lifting appliance 发动机吊具(D2066-20)

发动机吊具：用于拆装发动机缸盖。拆卸发动机缸盖时，发动机吊具的三个吊钩分别作用于二、

五及中间凸轮轴上，门龙吊架辅助其将缸盖从发动机拆除；安装发动机缸盖时，发动机吊具的

三个吊钩分别作用于二、五及中间凸轮轴支座上，门龙吊架辅助其将缸盖安装到位。

IV. Common Engine Maintenance Tools Instruction for D0836 and D2066

1. Fuel injector pull-out tool 拔喷油器（D2066-03）

用于拆卸喷油器:首先将专用工具卡套在喷油器上，手握冲锤垂直向上冲击即可将喷油器拔出。

2. Injector fuel intake pipe pull-out tool 喷油器进油接管取出工具（D2066-04）

用于拆卸喷油器进油接管:首先将进油接管上螺母取下，然后将专用工具拧套在接管上，配合

冲锤使用，手握冲锤平行向外冲击即可将进油接管取下。

3. Common rail end cap 共轨堵头（D2066-12）

在拆卸高压供油管时，为防止灰尘进入高压共轨中，避免由此影响喷油器雾化情况。

4. Injector fuel return measurement tool 喷油器回油量检测（D2066-13）

用于测量喷油器回油量，从而判断喷油器是否是好的。

5. Fuel filter dismounting tool 拆燃油滤清器（D2066-14）

用于拆装曼发动机机油和柴油滤清器上的盖母。

6. Connecting bolt dismounting tool 连杆螺栓专用工具（D2066-17）

用于拆装 D2066 连杆螺栓，也适用于 D0836 缸盖螺栓。
