UPDATE TO STORY:

Adrian Lee Adams, DOB 9-17-74

Adrian Lee Adams Has Been In The Leon County Jail Since July 12 th, 2010 for 15 Various Criminal Charges Including Armed Robbery. Martin Powell is The Prosecutor On the Case With The State Attorney’s Office Scheduled For Trial In February 2012 Which Is Nearly Two Years After The Crime.

This Criminal was offered a 15 Year-Plea Deal Which Was Refused By Him To The Prosecution. This Gang-Banger Criminal Is Looking At Life In Prison Upon Conviction. His Unknown Partner Is Still On The Loose And Considered Armed And Dangerous. His partner is a black male, tall and slim that was dressed in blue jeans, red shirt and red bandana on his face at the night of the armed robbery. Adrian Has Already Coped A Plea On Five Of The Lower Charges For Time Served Already In Prison With 10 Charges Remaining For Trial Coming Up in February 2012.

One Interesting Part Of This Case Besides Numerous Changes In Prosecutors And Dates Of The Trial Is That The City Of Tallahassee Had To Hire This Criminal A Public Defender Outside Of The Public Defender’s Office For A Private Attorney.

The City Of Tallahassee Has Continued To Waste Our Tax Payer’s Money. The Victim and Witness was only once previously arrested which was a false arrest by the Tallahassee Police Department for the publishing of an address of public record. The victim of the unconstitutional law retained the public defender’s office which now apparently has caused a “conflict of interest” for attorney/client privilege in this crime between the victim and the criminal for previously being the same attorney’s office prior for a prior false arrest to the victim.

This Was In Regard To This ACLU Case For An Attorney Conflict Of Interest:
