Making Translucent Stickies The Stickies app has a feature that allows you to make a translucent stickie note. Open the Stickies app in your Fidner. Click on a stickie note and press Command-Option-T (for Translucent Window; under Menu in the Menu Bar). The translucent sitckie lets you see items in your Finder windows that would othewise be covered by a stickie note. Pressing Command-Option-T toggles the transluent effect off.
