Incident Management
❖ ALERT24 allows the development of the Incident Management Plan for control or
security centers through the on-line monitoring of the steps or stages defined in the
protocol of each incident.
❖ Operators track the incident with annotations and time recording in each phase of the
incident, traversing the flow of the procedure and monitoring each phase through
states (performed, pending, in process, does not apply).
❖ During the management of the incident, the operator can communicate with the
contacts or groups using telephony, email, SMS, radio or smartphones (optional
recording of voice communications from the control center). Operators can activate a
crisis room by establishing a telephone conference call.
