This is your tour guide, Johnny. He will be showing you how pavlova is made in Cowell’s factories.

STEP 1:

Here is our recipe. We can’t

tell you our recipe but we do

put in:

Egg white

Sugar

Vinegar

Vanilla

Emulsifier (339)

STEP 2:

We whip the egg white and add the

sugar. We shape the pavlovas using

specially designed equipment and bake

them in purpose built, computer controlled

ovens.

STEP 3:

Once the pavlovas are ready we label the

packaging and grade and pack the pavlovas.

Finally, we take them to shops around NZ where you can enjoy the hard
