Making It Better teaches these skills to your students. Making It Better is a proactive response to the increasingly serious problem of violence in our schools and the prevalence of bullying. It is designed to provide students with techniques for avoiding, reducing and resolving conflicts in non-violent ways. It is delivered experientially through a series of serious and fun games that engage your students while teaching them critical conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Process: This presentation is interactive, engaging and fun. The audience becomes participants in a number of games and fun situations. Making It Better involves a classroom presentation by Pacem Staff, five follow-up lesson plans, each featuring a different game for learning about non-violent conflict resolution.
