If you want to access a DoD website, you’llneed to install the DoD certificates.

Find links to the latest InstallRoot file at:https://militarycac.com/dodcerts.htm 

If you have installed a CAC reader on your

computer within the last year following theguidance on this website, this “should”already by completed. However, it will not

harm anything to run them again.

Making it smaller will make your

browser look for an

updated page more

often. The larger it

is the more web

sites are beingstored on your

computer. No, it

 will not make your

computer faster.

should be in the

trusted sites. I won’targue, just explain to

them that removing it

has allowed more

people to access AKO.

It’s up to you.

If you have ActivClient installed.. You can doubleclick the ActivClient icon (by your clock in thelower right corner of your screen) go to next slide

If you don’t see it there: Click Start, All Programs, ActivIdentity, ActivClient, User Console.  Now goto next slide

Windows 7 native users will not see an ActivClient icon, since you are not using it.
