Ingredients

1 can (8 oz.) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls2 T. Pizza Sauce2 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 c. (2 oz.) Shredded Italian Cheese Blend2 T. Finely Chopped Vegetables, in any combination(choices include: g. peppers, mushrooms,and onions)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray (or line with parchment paper).

Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.

Divide the pizza sauce between the 4 rectangles, and gently spread; covering the entire surface of the rectangle.

Directions continued

Top with vegetables of choice, parmesan cheese and Italian cheese. Lightly press to “set” ingredients before rolling.

Starting from one short end, roll up the rectangle; press edge to seal. With a serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 (six) slices; place cut side down on the baking sheet.

Bake 13-17 minutes. Serve warm. ☺
