Connecting to stripe

Stripe is our online payment system which allows donations to go directly into your account. Stripe charges a 2.4% + 20p charge from each gross donation. It only takes a few moment to sign up!

Why connect to stripe?

● To sign up for stripe locate the charity dashboard (shown above) which you will find in the drop down list below your name (right hand side).

● In the box titled Status there is a list of tasks needed to be completed. Number 3 is connecting to stripe.

● By pressing on the hyperlink “here” you should be directed to the stripe page.

Step 1

● Continue to the stripe sign up page by following the “Connect to Stripe” button.

Step 2

● There are then a few details to fill in before your stripe account it set up, this should only take a few moments and remain confidential.

● If you already have a stripe account then you will not need to complete this stage and should sign in.

Step 3

● Complete by pressing “Authorize access to this account”

Step 4

That’s it! You’re bank details are now registered with Makerble and donations will

now automatically be transferred to your bank account every few days.
