Fiat Fiat Chrysler Automobiles plans to manufacture a premium sports utility vehicle under the Jeep brand as part of a Rs 1,500-2,500 crores investment in the country.Blue Star The company intends to invest close to Rs 150 crores to set up the plant with an initial capacity of 500,000 units per annum. Lava The company is famous for their Lava and Xolo smart phones and they are planning to spend around Rs 5,000 million in next three years for local operations. Honda Motors Japans Honda Motor Co. is planning to invest Rs.4,000 crores to build an automobile manufacturing plant at Vithalapur in Gujarat, its third in India. The new factory will have a capacity to manufacture about 100,000-125,000 cars a year. Trina Solar The company is planning to set up facility to Make in India, Supply in India & Export from India. The company pans to report shipments of 1,060-1,120 Mw of PV modules.
