INTRODUCTION OF AMRS

A system that used for lowering or producing low temperature in a body or a space, whose temperature is already below the temperature of its surrounding, is called the refrigeration system.

This project is based on simple vapour compression cycle. This project done 4 tasks in one time . In this project main purpose to use the wastage heat of the

refrigerator for the usable purpose.

CONCEPT OF PROJECT

In the domestic freeze in condenser located at the back side of the freeze .

Condenser deliver the heat to the surrounding and it increase the room temperature.

Our project concept is to use the heat for heating purpose and we wants our project do multi task with the same input.

In India a common person doesn't afford the freeze ,heater and water cooler and room heater and if any one affords the all items having cost at least 20000 ₹.

But if our project making in the large scale than its its all task that above mention and its cost only 7500 ₹.

WORKING OF ARMS

The idea of project is we are using the wastage heat of refrigeration system (condenser heat ) and convert it into useful heat

Vapour compression refrigeration cycle works under this 4 processes. 1. isentropic compression. 2. constant pressure heat rejection (condenser) 3. throttling process (expansion valve) 4. constant pressure heat addition(evaporator)

ABOUT PROJECT

AMRS is a system which done four multiple task in single time.

We have divided project in two sections.Hot section - in this section we will use

condenser as heating element.Cold section – in this section we will use

evaporator for cooling purpose .

PROJECT

In the project the outer body of G.I. sheet will be made by twisting and punching the sheet. And this is 25 gauge sheet.

The compressor using in the refrigerator is 1.5 ton of refrigeration.

The internal diameter of the capillary tube used for the refrigeration varies from 0.5 to 2.28 mm (0.020 to 0.09 inches). Capillary tube used as the throttling device in the domestic refrigerators, deep freezers, water coolers and air conditioners.

Today in the gas R-134a is also banned so now we are using the R-12 (CCl2F2)for the refrigeration.

Interactions with Guide

According to the rules completing the 6 interactions we the guide so till now we completed 6 interaction.

In the first interaction we facing the problem of the heat transfer between the hot and cold box than our guide suggested to us to change the design of project .than we change the body of project and the heat transfer problem is reduced.

In the second interaction in which we facing problem about the temperature control in the hot box so the guide suggested that use the thermo-metric sensor because by using this the exhaust automatically delivered the heat to surrounding.

In the third interaction we want to add a task in the project for the cooled air but we it’s effect reassemble the project so guide suggested if a single equipment have multiple loads than its not work very well and its going to bulky so don’t re assemble the project and reduces the heat loss in the project.

Interactions with Guide

In the fourth interaction we talked about how to find actual efficiency of the project .so we meet with the respective guide and talked about it .Than guide suggested to us “If you want to calculate the efficiency than you need to calculate the heat losses and practically it’s a tough work to find the heat losses in the project.

In the fifth interaction we meet with respective guide and talk about the project and it will completed 100% and in the working condition.

In the six interaction we are ready to present the project front of the panel and thank you guide for the such help.

ADVANTAGES OF AMRS

AMRS is economical for the society . AMRS is eco-friendly in nature and does not harm the

environment. Less consumption of energy and high output . 4 multiple tasks in one time . Use wastage heat in usable heating purpose .
