    with a special need is involved).

    Administration executes, gives directions, providessupervision, advises, stimulates, explores, leads, givesand assists, plans and diagnoses, inspects and decidesactivities to lead educational plan towards goalachievement of the organization. All this makes it clear

    that for efficient functioning of the institutions,administration is an effective tool. It is an effective,systematic arrangement for definite purpose.
