We  Opened  Up  the  Capacitor  Bank  Units  for  PS1,  PS2,  PS3    This  is  to  confirm  the  Dump  Resistor,  according  to  BNL  Drawings  D19-­‐E71  and  D19-­‐E78    The  Dump  Resistor  for  Cap  Bank  Unit  for  PS1    is    Confirmed  !      The  Dump  Resistor  for  Cap  Bank  Units  for  PS2    and  PS3    appears  to  be  by  passed.  This  is  may  be  a  simple  misconnec@on.
