capital of TL300 million.

• Yüksel İnşaat is the flagship of Yüksel Holding with US$486 million

annual turnover in 2014, which is more than 94% of Yüksel group

Design-Build Project of transmission of desalinated water from the

Yanbu industrial area to Yanbu city, Rayyis and Madinah with a

capacity of 363,000 m³/day.

The project consists of four different groups of work: pipeline, stations,

reservoirs and housing compound.

Yüksel performed a 60” and 32” steel pipeline work of 200 kilometers

Yüksel constructed a 4 x 140,000 m³ steel reservoir foundation

Design-Build Project in Levent on 24,000 m2 land area.

Consists of a total construction area of 210,200 m2, including a 23-

storey 16,500 m2 office block, two 27-storey residential blocks having

an area of 46,700 m2, a 52,000 m2 shopping center and 85,000 m2

social facilities as well as parking lots.

The first section, Metrocity Millennium, has two 27-storey residential

towers.

The other sections of the complex contain a 23-storey office tower

with a total of 16,500 square meters, social facilities, a 52,000 m2

shopping center and parking for 2,200 vehicles.
