Displaying the jobs in Error:

Option 4.Error Handling.

O Operator Instructions to know what action is to be be taken for the failed job.

J Jcl Edit Used in case, the job when needed to be restarted from the failed step.

L Job log

C Complete used to Force complete a particular job as per instructions.

SJR Simple JCL Restart For restarting a job from the top.

Restarting A Job

1. To restart the job from a particular step. JCL Editgive the Restart parameter RESTART=PROCNAME.STEPNAME

2. To restart the job from top Give SJR in the rowcommand

Displaying Successor and Predecesor Schedules.

1. Option 5.2-Listing OccurencesB.3(row cmd)-External dependencies S.9(row cmd) all dependencies of that particular schedule AP- all predecessors of the schedule, NP- all non completed predecessors of the schedule, AS- all successors of the schedule, NS- all non completed successors of the schedule.

Holding And Releasing the Schedules/Jobs.

Option 5.3-Listing OperationsM(row cmd—modifying)OP(operations) MH(manually held-row cmd)/ MR(manually Release) to manually hold/release a job/schedule

Deleting A Schedule.

Option 5.2-Listing OccurencesD(row cmd --- Delete)

Workstations

Dummying Out Jobs and Schedules.

Option 5.2-Listing the occurrence give the row cmd M—Modify give the command OP and in the place of workstation give DUMM inorder to Dummy out the particular job or schedule.
