Internet Service Provider
Web Browserand other client programmes connect to the MailGate Server.
The mail programme on each computer sends outgoing mail to the MailGate Server and collects new mail from the users POP account.
The MailGate Server makes the connection, then browsing and other requests are passed to the Internet Service Provider.
The MailGate Server exchanges incoming and outgoing E-mail with the Internet Service Provider on scheduled connections.
